Tell me if i wake up at 4 a.m nd do study till 6 a.m, can i sleep again from 6 to 8 a.m. or should i do other works instead of sleeping again? Plz plz plz rpl
It is best to complete your sleep cycle in one go. You say you wake at 4, study till 6 and would want to sleep after that but as a well-wisher, I would recommend you to sleep till 6 and then study from 6 to 8. In this manner you will be able to complete your sleep cycle thus waking fresh with a relaxed mind.
After studying for 2 hours,your brain will be quite active and this will make it really difficult for you to put yourself to sleep again. Even if you do, waking after only two hours will make it lazy again.
I assume that you have some great goals in your life because of which you are asking for this.
