Swami ji, Yoga means Aatma ka Parmatma se milan. You said in the end of lecture that God using his yogmaya remains in Yog. What is the nature of yog that god is having? And how is it different from the yog that we souls are hungry for??
Swamiji has explained that there is no such word "yoga" in Sanskrit. The word is "Yog" which means union of soul with Supreme Soul/God. And Yogmaya is the personal power or internal energy of God while we souls are marginal energy ('Tatastha shakti') of God. Currently, we are governed by Maya (external energy of God) as Maya has overpowered souls since beginningless time. When a soul attains God (personal form of God) and becomes God-realized, the soul will then be governed by the Yogmaya power of God.
Yogmaya is the personal power of God while Maya is an external energy of God. Although, Maya is an energy of God, the qualities of Maya are contradictory to the qualities of Yogmaya and God.
