I am currently paying support on a child I thought was my son...but the mother allows no contact with him and I at all and I've heard from multiple people that he is not my son...how do I get the courts to do a dna test?
How do I go about filing in the district court. I want full custodial rights. I can't afford a lawyer even though I make over 70k a year. It's all tied up in paying my mortgage, bills, supporting the kids I currently have custody of etc. I live in TX my now ex lives in OKC. She is pregnant and now staying with her ex who is a known drug dealer. I want to represent myself. I have plenty of evidence to prove her unfit. I spoke with a lawyer who is a friend that I know, he told me to establish paternity and get a Dr to say he believes her using medical marijuana while pregnant is a danger to the child in the womb. Her current obgyn has told her as much too. What forms do I need to file to establish paternity?? I am currently working on getting an OB to back me up on the drug usage. She is also known to have a history of mental illness and suicidal tendencies. I have heard her say she doesn't want to live and even tell her 5 year old autistic son who she has now she wishes he was never born. The last time we spoke she told me she hopes our child dies. I really need some guidance here...
