Tying your belt in the Superlock style might seem complex at first, but with practice, it becomes second nature.
Here's a Step-By-Step Guide To Help You Tie Your Jiu Jitsu Belt Superlock Style:
1. Fold your Gi right over left.
2. Hold the tip of the belt and bring it to the middle of your back, close to the hip line.
3. Begin wrapping the belt around your waist, over the tip, until it's close to your belly button.
4. Move the tail of the belt behind the layers to uncover the other tail.
5. Flip the bottom tail over and insert it between the layers of the belt.
6. The top tail also goes inside the loop, between the layers of the belt.
7. Pull both tails tight to secure the belt around your waist.
The Superlock style provides a secure, tight fit that won't come loose during training, allowing you to focus on your techniques rather than your attire.

Ahhh yes , I love seeing them tied that way. I know it will be there when I need to use it. Just tie it basic so it will come loose and come off. So the other guy can’t use it. And it gives you easier opportunities to use your Gi. OSS

I don't think my belt is long enough, I'm trying to do this one, i normally do the wrap the center around from the front and get a knot that looks identical to this but now i really want to get this method lol
