Needs gyroscopic steering. You could do some pretty impossible tricks with a high speed gyroscope.
Watch the video about the single rail train concept from the past and see how they overcame the balance issue using opposing gyros.

How many times did you stand back looking and laughing at what you created this time I'd say the monotrack was cooler but this is still a wicked build and well executed - get some skid plates on your feet and get the sparks flying 😂

I've seen so many styles of these over the decades, and they just keep getting cooler..
Kerry went w/ Huge combustion engines, so had to incorporate a tail rudder/wing combo
for added stabilization.. NOW, we can just jam 'self balancing' PCBs to the mix,
and that would nix the for/aft tilt [just think of a Huge EUC (E Unicycle) ]
I saw that people beat me to the South Park joke..
But gotta' do it anyway: Your Seat looks a whole lot more comfortable! 🤣
My favourite part is having to buy a new pair of shoes every time you take it for a ride.
I cannot even imagine how big this channel would be if you guys would explain what and why you are doing as you worked through each project. Even if each build were a couple episodes long. I can't be the only person that feels like there's someone behind the scenes drawing projects up then handing a set of plans off to the builders. Then they just bang through each item.
If you can not understand what is being done by the procedures on videos like this one, you are NOT mechanically inclined enough.

I love the monowheel. Maybe you could make a "floating" internal frame for the handbar, battery and seat while the motor keeps in the "fixed" frame. I think that if you do that your body will stay in the same place when you accelerate or brake. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's something I can't keep out of my mind.

What a fun and great looking machine. I've always wanted to try one. I bet they take a bit of a learning curve. You guys make it look easy though.

That scooter at the end was clearly abandoned and in need of recycling or repurposing. ;)
A screen or clever periscope on the front could help the driver see straight ahead instead of leaning to see what is in front of them.
If anyone ever had a chance to actually make one of these things work, its this guy right here!

I mean he does alright with shoes but I would wonder if using like roller blades or designing something else if roller blades wouldn't be ideal.
I would think that would allow for higher speeds while also providing more control and maneuverability?
Ive often thought about a control system to help with the pitching up and down while accelerating and braking. An accelerometer gyro.

It's been do before, but I'd love to see these guys build a 2WD hydrostatic motorcycle. And like a full hour of riding footage, running over things, through mud and rocks and sand and everything else.

Cool project, but I don't know if using two electric motors on the same axle with different motor controllers is such a good idea. If the controllers and motors are not matched perfectly you're going to potentially have issues of the motors putting different amounts of torque on the axle or the motors trying to spin each other. Not to mention braking.

Nice job , have me thinking though ,wonder could you make some sort of small simple sort of wing mirror esque fold out periscope to Try make it so you don't have to look around the wheel when driving and have no blind spot
You need 2 gyros on there and it could help it stop from rocking and keep it balance a bit.
