I think Write down a day is very usefull for me because it will help me to know how I spend my time, It also give me a new ideas and It help me get out of my overthinking.
I love the idea of writting down my day. It helps me keep track my time. It helps me see what activities I did during the day and how much time I spent on each one. By that, I can assess my efficiency and improve my schedule during the day. I think I spend to much time to get up. After waking up in the morning, I waste time on scrollig through social media for about 30 mins. I know it is not a good habit so I have decided to take up a new activity after waking up, maybe reading a page of a book or doing some revision with my English flashcard. Writing down my daily activities is help me tracking the good or waste activity i did the whole day, help me reduce feeling boredom or anxiety from scrolling through the social media. 2. i wish i can escape from procrastination habit, scrolling through social media until it makes me feel bad. I don't wanna feel it anymore

For example, I listen a English podcast to improve listenning skill or use Elsa app to improve my speaking skills. But thank for this podcast, I knew a tip helps me address this problem: write the conversations in a day into notebook. In addition to, write down a day also helps you control your days and feel less stressed.
