I'm a plane geek. My dad was an air traffic controller. He's retired now. He is 90. He was working the night that DB Cooper hijacked and jumped. So I just watch planes and your channel came up. A wonderful different perspective on flying. Thank you for your hard work and your channel!
Hi Julia! I love that Luna takes her frisbee with her to the vet. I used to have a Boston that loved to take one of his "babies" (stuffed animals) with him when we walked, went for a ride, etc. The foliage in PA is so pretty. Fall is my favorite season. From the first time I watched u I was hooked as in my younger years I wanted to be a then "Stewardess". I had applied to two major airlines but to no avail, back then u needed to know someone or have a relative that worked for the airline. Hi Julia. Congrats! 100 hours is a-lot of flight time. As a former Flight Attendant, I was based in MSP for over 22 years with a major US carrier - Northwest Airlines. I left the industry after 9/11 to finish my BA degree but still am interested in the F/A position. I found your channel by chance and reminisce about the days of great trips, and yes, early show-times, reserve, ready reserve and short-calls. So, now I live vicariously through you and others on UA-cam but still have a big interest in what is going on with the job and the airline industry as a whole. Times have really changed since I worked as a F/A. It truly is a great job despite the trials, tribulations of travel disruptions and the occasional unruly PAX. I was a flight attendant in the UK. I lost my job in 2019 when my company went bust and then quickly found another flight attendant job with another airline but was again made redundant, this time due to Covid. Dreaming of returning to the job I love I came across your channel whilst browsing flight attendant vloggers on UA-cam during the pandemic. In a sense I’m living my dream career through your vlogs. Hopefully with things continuing to improve I hope to be back flying next year again as a flight attendant. Keep up the great work Julia ❤️ Your vlogs have kept me going. Xx

I first found 'Jetting Julia' while searching for Alaskan videos of Fairbanks. I love to see the places you visit and stay over for at least a day, including outside the Country. Yay Julia! I found your channel because I was dedicated to overcoming my fear of flying. I think you did a video a few years back addressing this, but then i stayed because we are around the same age AND watching your videos has helped "normalize" flying in my mind. I know it sounds odd but watching you handle it like such a pro and you being so relatable for me really changed my life because now i can travel (mostly) stress free! Great news Julia on the award! You are an incredible influence on so many people. I started watching you when I was searching for flight attendant videos for my nephew (he was thinking about pursuing it) to give him an example of real life flight attendant life. So many FA vloggers make it all glamorous and you are very realistic, delays and sitting reserve and wacky schedules. So I suggested your videos since you are the best at portraying the real true life of an FA. But then I got hooked myself and now I cannot wait until a new one comes out. I work for another airline as an engineer and I am married to a pilot, so I know all too well how crazy things can be. You have met my husband, he flew with you recently and he told you I was your biggest fan. I told him to always look for you when he flies. I do not fly that much (stupid work LOL) but when I do I always look for you. I do not have really a favorite video, but I think people are drawn to you because you are so down to earth and people can relate to you and so your fan base keeps growing. I found your channel a couple months ago. I think it came up as a recommended video and I don't remember what exactly made me click on it. I think it came up as a recommended video because I had been watching a lot of videos about September 11th. I hadn't followed a flight attendant channel before. I guess it didn't occur to me there were flight attendants talking about their careers. I really like how relaxing your videos are and how real you are. I love how much you talk about gratitude. I think that's super important and one of the secrets to a happy life. I like that sometimes you talk about the hard stuff about life/your job. It's something nice to listen to while I wash the dishes.
Last year I was looking a flight videos as I was going to NY (from the UK) and I hadn’t flown for over 10 years - found you that way - the confidence in the air that flight attendants/cabin crew helped get me over the fear. My favourite video is the one when you went to the dentist - you are so funny and it’s lovely to see someone who show’s their real self instead of an always polished to perfection image.
Julia, I lost my job of 30 years covid hit my Mom went into assisted living had very long distances no contact visitation with her and then one day there you were like the sun had just came out for me It brings tears to my eyes I needed you you are so calming and such a joy to watch you are my saving grace my favorite videos are the tropical ocean beautiful hotels I am just 1 of a hundred thousand way to go so excited for you❤
I haven’t flown in 13 years, mainly because I’m insecure of my weight and traveling alone. FA videos make be want to fly and venture out on excursions by myself. Seeing how excited you are about exploring the world makes me want to travel out of my comfort zone.

I found your channel as I was searching for Flight Attendant videos as I am currently planning on becoming one as a career path sometime after I finish High School!! I started with your 'Day in the life of a Flight Attendant' video (favourite video of yours) and then went on to 'A passenger made me cry' video, where I then afterwards watched your first international layover in Vancouver, British Columbia (my home)! I immediately fell in love with your sense of life! I loved (and still do) how you Express your emotions towards your subscribers, you truly captivate how thankful you are of each and every one of us. I love that! Not to mention, your story and the way you narrate everything, how you balance your life with so many things going on, (despite struggles you face that you mentioned in the video), it makes you extremely unique in my opinion from many other UA-camrs I have watched in the past! During the quarantine I just needed distractions that could make part of my day feel more normal. Watching you out there doing things made me feel that life may just get back to normal so thanks do much for that. I also loved watching you guys with Luna. I was lucky to have a great golden retriever named Nettles as part of my life for 14 years. He will always be in my heart.

Like I said on your Instagram, I have been here since one of the first videos (don't remember exactly which one), but I remember that I loved your videos at the start and was always upset that they were short lol. In the beginning I remember your videos were usually under 10 minutes and I wanted to see longer ones! But yeah, since then I've watched all your videos just because I love your positivity and learning and watching about the flight attendant life (I watch a LOT of FA vloggers and although I don't believe that it what I am planning for my career, I am still obsessed with aviation and love every chance I get to fly). Love a lot of your videos, but I enjoy the flight attendant trips the most (although I did really like the cruise series you did a while back). One other one that sticks out was your video when you got your wisdom teeth out bc at that time I worked at Walgreens (I think that's where you got your Rx's from) and had also just recently got my wisdom teeth out right before. I have considered being a flight attendant for a while and it really helped me when you explained payment and how much each airline pays. I ended up applying to American Airlines and Delta and pretty soon I will fly to Dallas for my face to face interview. I absolutely love how you are just open and honest and show life at home as well as at work. Hi Julia! I love that Luna takes her frisbee with her to the vet. I used to have a Boston that loved to take one of his "babies" (stuffed animals) with him when we walked, went for a ride, etc.

Hi Julia. Congrats! 100 hours is a-lot of flight time. As a former Flight Attendant, I was based in MSP for over 22 years with a major US carrier - Northwest Airlines. I left the industry after 9/11 to finish my BA degree but still am interested in the F/A position. I found your channel by chance and reminisce about the days of great trips, and yes, early show-times, reserve, ready reserve and short-calls. So, now I live vicariously through you and others on UA-cam but still have a big interest in what is going on with the job and the airline industry as a whole. Times have really changed since I worked as a F/A. It truly is a great job despite the trials, tribulations of travel disruptions and the occasional unruly PAX. I was a flight attendant in the UK. I lost my job in 2019 when my company went bust and then quickly found another flight attendant job with another airline but was again made redundant, this time due to Covid. Dreaming of returning to the job I love I came across your channel whilst browsing flight attendant vloggers on UA-cam during the pandemic. In a sense I’m living my dream career through your vlogs. I first found 'Jetting Julia' while searching for Alaskan videos of Fairbanks. I love to see the places you visit and stay over for at least a day, including outside the Country. Great news Julia on the award! You are an incredible influence on so many people. I started watching you when I was searching for flight attendant videos for my nephew (he was thinking about pursuing it) to give him an example of real life flight attendant life. So many FA vloggers make it all glamorous and you are very realistic, delays and sitting reserve and wacky schedules. So I suggested your videos since you are the best at portraying the real true life of an FA. But then I got hooked myself and now I cannot wait until a new one comes out. I work for another airline as an engineer and I am married to a pilot, so I know all too well how crazy things can be. You have met my husband, he flew with you recently and he told you I was your biggest fan. I told him to always look for you when he flies. I do not fly that much (stupid work LOL) but when I do I always look for you. I do not have really a favorite video, but I think people are drawn to you because you are so down to earth and people can relate to you and so your fan base keeps growing. I found your channel a couple months ago. I think it came up as a recommended video and I don't remember what exactly made me click on it. I think it came up as a recommended video because I had been watching a lot of videos about September 11th. I hadn't followed a flight attendant channel before. I guess it didn't occur to me there were flight attendants talking about their careers. I really like how relaxing your videos are and how real you are. I love how much you talk about gratitude. I think that's super important and one of the secrets to a happy life. I like that sometimes you talk about the hard stuff about life/your job. It's something nice to listen to while I wash the dishes.
Last year I was looking a flight videos as I was going to NY (from the UK) and I hadn’t flown for over 10 years - found you that way - the confidence in the air that flight attendants/cabin crew helped get me over the fear. My favourite video is the one when you went to the dentist - you are so funny and it’s lovely to see someone who show’s their real self instead of an always polished to perfection image.

I haven’t flown in 13 years, mainly because I’m insecure of my weight and traveling alone. FA videos make be want to fly and venture out on excursions by myself. Seeing how excited you are about exploring the world makes me want to travel out of my comfort zone.

I started with your 'Day in the life of a Flight Attendant' video (favourite video of yours) and then went on to 'A passenger made me cry' video, where I then afterwards watched your first international layover in Vancouver, British Columbia (my home)! I immediately fell in love with your sense of life! I loved (and still do) how you Express your emotions towards your subscribers, you truly captivate how thankful you are of each and every one of us. I love that! Not to mention, your story and the way you narrate everything, how you balance your life with so many things going on, (despite struggles you face that you mentioned in the video), it makes you extremely unique in my opinion from many other UA-camrs I have watched in the past! During the quarantine I just needed distractions that could make part of my day feel more normal. Watching you out there doing things made me feel that life may just get back to normal so thanks do much for that. I also loved watching you guys with Luna. I was lucky to have a great golden retriever named Nettles as part of my life for 14 years. He will always be in my heart.

Like I said on your Instagram, I have been here since one of the first videos (don't remember exactly which one), but I remember that I loved your videos at the start and was always upset that they were short lol. In the beginning I remember your videos were usually under 10 minutes and I wanted to see longer ones! But yeah, since then I've watched all your videos just because I love your positivity and learning and watching about the flight attendant life (I watch a LOT of FA vloggers and although I don't believe that it what I am planning for my career, I am still obsessed with aviation and love every chance I get to fly). Love a lot of your videos, but I enjoy the flight attendant trips the most (although I did really like the cruise series you did a while back). One other one that sticks out was your video when you got your wisdom teeth out bc at that time I worked at Walgreens (I think that's where you got your Rx's from) and had also just recently got my wisdom teeth out right before. I have considered being a flight attendant for a while and it really helped me when you explained payment and how much each airline pays. I ended up applying to American Airlines and Delta and pretty soon I will fly to Dallas for my face to face interview. I decided to stick around because you made me realize that this is really what I want to do. Wish me luck! My favorite video of yours by the way was when you went to Alaska. I hope I get to go!!
Hi! I remember scrolling through yt in summer 2020 and after seeing a few of your videos pop up on the home page I decided to click on one of them. According to watch history it was a day in the life of a flight attendant. I've learnt so much about your job and you literally convinced me that I want to be a flight attendant too. Your channel appeared in my recommended during early-to-mid 2020 when I was into watching traveling videos because I was REALLY missing it at that time. congrats for silver play award. i think i first saw a link from air crews talking about career flying and travel. what i like most about youtube is people sharing their everyday life, thoughts, feelings, experiences and in relating my life with someone else my life is expanded and i like to think enriched, also you're young and blond and positive with a cool job so what's not to like.

So, to answer your question on how I found your channel and why I stayed. Back just before the pandemic started, I started eyeing the FA career. So to learn more about it I came to YT and typed in Flight Attendant. Your channel was one of the first that came up! I really enjoy your the content that you post! I absolutely love how you are just open and honest and show life at home as well as at work. And of course, Luna always brings a smile! 🙂 And when I found out that you’re about exactly the same height as I am, I knew I had to subscribe. 😉 I’m still looking forward to the day that the FA career door opens for me. Still paying down some debt so my wife and I can afford a beginner FA salary. I earned a private pilot's license and flew for about 10 years, however ended up with a career in IT. I follow several pilots on UA-cam and you came up on my feed.
