    List of ingredients
    Egusi( melon seeds)
    Crayfish
    Egg
    Smoked fish( you can use any meat of your choice)
    Chili peppers
    Maggi
    Salt
    Black pepper (optional)
    Leave to tie( you can use baking paper and foil)
    Procedure:
    • Blend your washed Egusi along with your pepper
    • pour out the content into a clean bowl then add your egg, crayfish, salt and maggi and mix well
    . Add your smoked fish and mix
    • wash the leaves and begin to tie the Egusi paste mixture
    • when it’s all tied, steam cook in your already boiling pan
    Serve with bobolo, ripe plantain or anything of your choice
