Dee please don't ignore I want to ask that during periods, pads should be used or clean cotton clothes. My mother uses a fresh clean cotton cloth every period but I use pads. I am new to all those things. Just 3 rd time it is and I am always confused. Someone says pad is comfortable but some says that pads has side effects we should use clean clothes. So, what should I prefer for school and home both please reply ok .
And also at my 2nd and 3rd period there was only gap of 20 days , so is it normal or not.
