this is not an account issue, it's a artifact elic system. It's just rigged. It's almost impossible to get 3 procs on crit in rare main stat, just like in genshin, on all of your circlets, you cannot get more than 2 rolls on crit substat. After playing 3 years, I got only 3 circlets which have 3 procs on sub crit.

we take every chance we get, 3 trash stats + 1 crit stat (and 4 rolls on crit) is still better than 4 good stats with no crit rolls

@@moonbursts smth like that, tbh they want players to spend more time, more money in game. Also banners has some patterns, it's not pure 50\50 gamble.
