നമ്മളെ വേണ്ടാത്തവരെ നമുക്കും. വേണ്ട എന്ന് മനസിനെ പറഞ്ഞു പഠിപ്പിച്ചാൽ മതി. അതെത്ര പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരായാലും. പയ്യെ ഭർത്താവിനോടുള്ള attachment കുറക്കുക. നമ്മുടേതായ ഇഷ്ടങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തി അതിൽ മുഴുകുക. അപ്പോൾ പയ്യെ പയ്യെ നമ്മൾ ഹാപ്പി ആയി വരും.
സത്യം.. സ്വന്തം ഭർത്താവ് തന്നെ നമ്മളെ എല്ല കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കും restrictions വച്ചാൽ ജീവിതം മടുത്തു പോകും .എനിക്കും അങ്ങിനെ തന്നെ കുറെയൊക്കെ adj ചെയ്തു ജീവിതം തള്ളി നീക്കുന്നു

ബുധനാഴ്ച ഒരുപാടിഷ്ട്ടം, കാരണം beauty vlog കാണാം.പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളുംവളരെ നല്ലതാണ്. നെയ്യ് ശരീരത്തിനു നല്ലതാണെന്ന് നമ്മുടെ പൂർവ്വികർ വിശ്വസിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴാണ് cholesterol കൂടും എന്നൊക്കെ പറയുന്നത്. ഇന്നത്തെ വീഡിയോ ഒരു motivational കൂടെ ആയി തോന്നി. You are awesome.
