These competitions really need to figure out the sled issue. Whether it’s Hyrox or CF, there’s always a huge disparity between sleds which is a killer.

Butterybros rock! But i cant help and think that their sudden interest and vlogs of hyrox is because of crossfit seeming to slowly die and the bros are trying to transition the audience. I dunno just a thought seeing this. Im here for it
More injuries for running than anything else. Reasoning is because way more people run versus anything else. So you’ll always have more running injuries
No ? Without CrossFit there would never be a Hyrox. Without G.G. not many ppl would be blending endurance & strength to the level we do today. As long as you are moving everyday, & love what you do! Just do you! & stop bashing everything else.
This couldn’t be a worse advertisement for the sport. Not because it’s not a great video. ONLY because the sport is so poorly managed - officiated - and governed. It has a long way too go before it’s legit.
I watch this knowing this will surpass crossfit in popularity and will probably be what crossfit was supposed to become. The perpetual kneecapping of CrossFit over the past decade has taken it’s toll and has opened the door for other sports to take off. Sure they can coexist, but it feels like a slap in the face.

What’s crazy to me is comparing this to CrossFit… top CrossFit athletes would destroy these guys… hell I bet everyone in semi finals would take these “hyrox athletes” sport away from them.
Maybe, maybe not. This is essentially all aerobic cardio and muscular endurance activities for one hour straight, zero true strength and power movements to break it up. Not to say they couldn't train for it and take the cake, but to say a strict Crossfit athlete can walk straight in and compete at this level...I doubt it
Maybe now you can give some respect to Hunters name. He came into your space and you gave him zero coverage, if anything you tried to embarrass him. Fast forward 4/5 years and you elbow into the hyrox world champs. Be better in the future
If he's willing then do it. As a larger fitness community should highlight the personalities of each sport, if anything it will generate move revenue for you both and provide us the viewer with better content
As I remember it, Hunter came into the CrossFit space and tried to belittle it before he floundered! To be clear, I love Hunter, great personality, great athlete!
