MW2:R: Shout Outs & Custom Perk "All Ghillied Up"

From now on you can hear your own shoutouts like you could in older IW4 clients, but this time enemies can hear you too!
The perk "All Ghillied Up" grants a ghillie suit, hides your red name and your character does no more shoutouts, countering this disadvantage if you want to be more stealthy.
But since this is a red perk just like cold blooded, you can't have them both together so make a wise choice.
