You know your attention to detail. So many people overlook those Mission Packs - I quite liked some things in those Packs, like the Robot Boss, adding to Wolfenstein's charm of Nazis with insane technological advancements. ;)

When i was a kid “Return To Castle Wolfenstein” was the best damn games back then i stayed up all night on it trying to figure out the missions, and even to this day it is one of my most favorite video games ever 2017 if they was to seriously do a Remastered version of Return To Castle Wolfenstein i would die of too much excitement lol

i feel that the biggest let down of the newest wolfenstein is the lack of more unique bosses as well as the lack of a final megaboss, it would have been so cool to battle a mecha Engel or sth.
I guess the fight on top of the 'Ausmerzer' counts ass a boss fight since you get two unique and tough robots to fight. But yeah, could've been a bit more epic, but I guess it's hard to just make enemies bigger and tougher since you encounter those giant robots on several occasions, making it a bit mundane. In comparison, in the previous game I believe you only encountered it once

they said there was going to be a shit load of bosses in the new colossus, but after playing thru it there were only the three he listed. They do return multiple times but i wish there were a lot more o them.
I liked the New Colossus but did feel it was running on autopilot for most of it, the not as unique "boss fights" also showed, The New Order at least had more interesting setpiece bosses like with The London Monitor, sure it was easy once you knew what to do but was memorable, New Colossus lacked those moments gameplay wise.
RTCW was the second series I played and I found that game to be amazing, the detail in the uniforms, the guns were 100% period correct and that supressed sten I believe would get hot and stop shooting till it cooled off everything was exactly right up my alley! This was also the first game I ever played from start to finish and I was excited every night I got home to play it more!!

I killed Heinrich in RTCW by waiting near the cave exit until he comes towards you. The cave collapses when you move out of it. So if you time it correctly, he instadies from the falling rubble before you have to fire a single shot...
Dude, Panzerhund (or Giant Metal Dog aka GMD) is the only enemy I hoped to never faced in The New Order. Fucking bulletproof. And if you're wearing headphones, their running footsteps will make you run like hell. GMD in New Colossus are a giant pushover. Shoot torso with shotgun to win.
When I fought the Uber Soldat in RtCW I was maybe 7 or so, scared the ever loving shit out of me. Whenever I saw one in a cutscene after that I was like, "no... no.... no...." Now that was a game, and the best Wolfenstein in my opinion. Perfect mix of reality, horror, and scifi. These new ones are a yawn.
i liked them, well i mostly liked the new order, the new colossus ehh i got it and it just wasnt in me, hordes of enemies, at least in RTCW when an alarm rang out it was soldiers in the immediate area not a giant horde that never ends as punishment for getting caught in an area that is close to impossible to sneak around. it just wasnt fun even early on.

Alex Howard Some may have missed it on that second to last mission in return to castle Wolfenstein. They only appear on the hardest difficultly near a excavation site. otherwise the prototype super soldiers appear which are waaaay easier and normal enemies.
I prefer Bethesda’s Wolfenstein because it introduces characters we love and hate, great FPS in general and the mutant super soldiers make way more sense (German experiments) than a skeleton/zombie walking about in the previous one (p.s the old blood wasn’t the greatest in m6 opinion but the new order and colossus was good)

Well it was made with a new ID tech engine, Colossus even got the ID tech6 which objekts and else don't flicker anymore.

Some may have missed it on that second to last mission in return to castle Wolfenstein. They only appear on the hardest difficultly near a excavation site. otherwise the prototype super soldiers appear which are waaaay easier and normal enemies.

the 2001 rtcw was something very special. Might just install that again.
I prefer Bethesda’s Wolfenstein because it introduces characters we love and hate, great FPS in general and the mutant super soldiers make way more sense (German experiments) than a skeleton/zombie walking about in the previous one (p.s the old blood wasn’t the greatest in m6 opinion but the new order and colossus was good)
Agreed, it is a little weird taking the less plausible things into place.
I don't know, The Old Blood is miles better than The New Colossus, when you think about it a lot and replay it more.
