आपने अपने कटु अनुभव का प्रस्तुतीकरण बहुत ही अच्छे ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया गया है। बेशक आपने यह वीडियो खुंदक में बनाया है परंतु यह बहुत सराहनीय है टीवीएस और इंश्योरेंस वालों को अच्छा जूता मारा है और जनता को सतर्क किया है। आजकल कस्टमर केयर के बड़े चौंचले होते हैं किंतु कस्टमर की परिभाषा यहीं रह गई है कि जो कष्ट से मरे वही कस्टमर है।
भाई ऐसा नहीं है कम से कम कम से कम 20 बार टेस्ट ड्राइव ले ली और अपने पड़ोसी दोस्त की मांग कर लॉन्ग रोड पर चलाली खूब खड्डो में चला ली हाईवे पर चलाली इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर में इससे ऊपर इंडिया में ev कोई स्कूटर नहीं है बात मानो दोस्त टीवीएस आइक्यूब खरीदो हर किसी के साथ ऐसा नहीं धोखाहोता मैं पूरा संतुष्ट होने के बाद अब इसे हार्ड कैश खरीदने जा रहा हूं
I am owning TVS iQube since 6 months. I have driven other brand scooters also. But TVS is the best because of the driving experience and the build quality. Range is sufficient for me because I drive 70 kms in one week. For others, it may be insufficient. But the experience of riding TVS iQube is the only reason why you should buy this one. I do not find any issue with TVS iQube features. Other scooter features which sound good but are actually bad -- fast charging depletes battery life, long range means more cost of batteries, belt drive means vibrations and belt replacement/alignment, metal body means denting/painting, low cost means bad quality of components. So best scooter is TVS iQube so far! It all depends on your requirements.

Bro he is telling lie I am also having TVS iQube it's parking gear also work every time, hazard light also work and it's very good by quality. I accept that the customer support would be not good I am not confirm as I haven't faced any problem till now.!! And it's giving me real taste of life.!! ❤️❤️ I love it a lot.❤️
Bro you may be lucky that your icube is doing fine but it’s not the case for all and as you told their customer care is not only bad but also mannerless and also company also have unfair trade practices . I will not recommend this brand to anyone . If anyone wants to waste their hard earned money then they can definitely go for this

Hub motor was the single point of my concern ever since I came to know about iCube's specs. Even if the alloy wheel is strong enough not to bend, the very fact that the hub motor is just about a few inches from the ground is worrisome enough. If it brushes against a piece of rock or pavement, the motor will be toast. While hub motors are common worldwide, I would feel much at peace with belt-driven lIke that of Ola Electric. I feel really bad for this young man who went through a hellish experience, not only with TVS, but also with towing dude and the insurance guys. Thanks for taking time to narrate your horrible experience.

In India all the e-manufacturer are buying parts from CHINA due to cost custting and increasing their profits. NO one care about sevice after sales. They just want to sale the scooter take your money and they don't want to see you again. As in your case HUB motor is week. and its HALL sensors broke. Hall sensors are of Rs.300/- But they will not bear the cost. ONLY you will suffer in end after spending above 1 lacs. MID drive motors scooters are BEST than HUB BLDC motor. As rain water gets and they HEAT up fast. By this Ballbearing becomes dry.
But please check in which mode. If you want more milage on OLA have to drive at speed of 25km/h. If drive in normal same milage of tvs or little bit more.
Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty
i have purchased tvs iqube -s before one month ago and believe me it is best electric model ever in terms of performance, average is more than 100% , very strong, in power mode its like pulsar, .. its smooth even on two persons ride.. ... everyone has to take care of their vehicle so it will give best performance.. mostly recommended

PURE EV कंपनी नई है, शोरूम नया है, और मेकेनिक भी नए है, मैकेनिक को अनुभव की कमी है, सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद etrance neo स्कूटी में वाइब्रेशन और आवाज़ बड़ गया, मैकेनिक को स्कूटी खोलना और फिट करना भी नहीं आता, शोरूम में कंपनी का पार्ट्स अवेलेबल नहीं रहता , शोरूम वाले लोकल मार्केट से लो क्वालिटी का सामान खरीद कर स्कूटी में डालते है और बिलिंग में चार पट रेट लगाकर जीएसटी लगा कर पैसे वसूलते है
I was thinking of replacing my old scooter with electric. After going through many UA-cam reviews and Google Search, following are my conclusions 1. Ather most reliable, but very expensive for those who use less than 400 kms per month 2. Ola I don't trust with build quality 3. Rest of hub motors inefficient (power to weight ratio and also as this gentleman rightly pointed out wheels cannot take weight of motor in case of mishap) 4. Not sure if best of Electric scooter has resale value after four years in case someone wants to sell them 5. Battery replacement cost still remains expensive Finally concluded petrol scooters better till viable alternative is found (my usage less but bit aggressive riding style and very bad roads in Bangalore )
Ye uski personal problems hai with dealership.ye bahot galat bat bata raha hai.aap sabhi log daily use karte to scooter me wheel Reem tabahi bend hogi jab bahoot Bade khadde me padi hogi .dosto uski bato se lagta he ki dealers ke sath uski personal issues ho.
rim bend tab hota hai jab tyre pressure low ho aur bike loaded ho aur zor se bump pe cross ho....is duniya ka koi bhi alloy wheel ho aisi situation me ya toh voh bend hoga ya break hoga. Wheel quality is not at fault.

Bajaj E-Chetak is grossly overpriced. Ola S1 Pro is a far better product in all respects and costs lesser than Chetak.
My experience vanam chetak is best because build quality. All body made by steel 90 km range.ola like toy plastic

They just want to sale the scooter take your money and they don't want to see you again. As in your case HUB motor is week. and its HALL sensors broke. Hall sensors are of Rs.300/- But they will not bear the cost. ONLY you will suffer in end after spending above 1 lacs. MID drive motors scooters are BEST than HUB BLDC motor. As rain water gets and they HEAT up fast. By this Ballbearing becomes dry.

With range of 70 to 75 its waste of money specially when Ola at similar price giving many more features and range of over 100
But please check in which mode. If you want more milage on OLA have to drive at speed of 25km/h. If drive in normal same milage of tvs or little bit more.

Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty

i have purchased tvs iqube -s before one month ago and believe me it is best electric model ever in terms of performance, average is more than 100% , very strong, in power mode its like pulsar, .. its smooth even on two persons ride.. ... everyone has to take care of their vehicle so it will give best performance.. mostly recommended

I was thinking of replacing my old scooter with electric. After going through many UA-cam reviews and Google Search, following are my conclusions
1. Ather most reliable, but very expensive for those who use less than 400 kms per month
2. Ola I don't trust with build quality
3. Rest of hub motors inefficient (power to weight ratio and also as this gentleman rightly pointed out wheels cannot take weight of motor in case of mishap)
4. Not sure if best of Electric scooter has resale value after four years in case someone wants to sell them
5. Battery replacement cost still remains expensive
Finally concluded petrol scooters better till viable alternative is found (my usage less but bit aggressive riding style and very bad roads in Bangalore )

Ye uski personal problems hai with dealership.ye bahot galat bat bata raha hai.aap sabhi log daily use karte to scooter me wheel Reem tabahi bend hogi jab bahoot Bade khadde me padi hogi .dosto uski bato se lagta he ki dealers ke sath uski personal issues ho.

rim bend tab hota hai jab tyre pressure low ho aur bike loaded ho aur zor se bump pe cross ho....is duniya ka koi bhi alloy wheel ho aisi situation me ya toh voh bend hoga ya break hoga. Wheel quality is not at fault.
