I would like to see Human only CoS list. Its always Dwarves/elves and then 1-2 humans alongside. I get why people run such list, still it would be nice to see humans only
The collection wr have is mixed. I do have a metic ton of human cavalry and was a terror end of 3rd but they got hit so hard with the new book. Humans are missing a proper heavy damage dealer
As far as i can see, in turn 4 after impact hits from Alarielle cos had no wizard left, so Horrorghast would have be gone at the moment you declared the charge with durthu. Dont know if alarielle would have been in range for a pile in within 3'' of the middle then - possibly failing the bt?! Thx for the battle report ;)
Just to site the rules for the gravetide section under generals handbook 2024-2025 errata’s. you can’t have it do it’s move mortals and end in combat. It doesn’t stop you from doing the mortals just can’t end in combat.
@Michael, the Lifebloom om Alarielle isn't at the start och the turn as Tactical Gambit and Place of Power is. It is when you get to do your hero phase stuff after the active player.
Shooting in cities looks good but it ain't. You can't counter shoot on 5+ and the range is often not enough to get value out of it.. is either hammers or executioner. Hammers could work with the new sergeant +2" move, I found them hard to get to charge otherwise. Executioner are fun but die way to easily..
I often wonder about the viability for cities to go full melee rather than shooting, dropping the fusiliers and dark shards for another hammerer unit and some steel helms
I agree it makes no sense. The concept of regiments to fill army gaps is good, but we already had nonsense with death borrowing faction leaders, and now they threw the concept of factions out the window.
The nurgle one is fine in my opinion, the fact that tehy don't combat along but are infesting the soldiers is fun and sounds plausible. The others are meh..
Obr and cos works fluff wise actually. Obr is ruling empire of it including living people towns. Soldiers of that. Obr will tend to get towns/cities under their control by deals as 1st way. Kill&conquer only as last option.
i love some of the wacky ness of the new regiments and in the lore wise it makes sense that the Bonereapers maybe have corrupted or taken control of a city of humans to do their bidding
@@BattleshockWargaming Not even need for corruption really. Army comes forth. They ask for negotiations. End result is the city decides to go under OBR rule. That's literally what the fluff describes as primary option OBR goes :D Then they tax them, years pass by. Not stretch to imagine them fighting together now is it? It's practically just change of leadership. Well ultimately it's uneven deal that will result in everybody dead eventually but it's not exactly immediate. For a while it might even be life as usual apart from bone tithe. The OBR bit of unique in that they are actually building empire and not just killing everything. Kill humans comes if they don't turn themselves under OBR control.
Loved those sylvaneth models! Any chance we get a paint recipes for the God Queen`s beetle?

Thanks for that clarification

That an important distinction. Thank u for calling that out before the event

Do you guys plan on doing any Flesh Eater Courts at all?
its already edited and in the queue

there is a local in who did very well with a heavy hammers list and just sending them through the bridge turn one to smash.
Early Spoilershield
Getting on it early! I love it
Fantastic Intro!
Glad you enjoyed it! Little more cheeky little more relaxed.
How do you painted the white Bark of the Sylvaneth ? :)
Did he forget to heal d3 hammerers back end of each turn?🤔 he had the heal artifact on runelord right?
@@Dybvad1992 it only works if the unit is out of engagement range, but yes they may have forgotten once
he got the healing off once other times he was either in combat or out of range
Sons vs Cities of Sigmar Good luck Michael you need to get as many games in as you can Good Luck in Vegas
Thank you. Had a great time and lvo really strong competition but my list performed well
Hammerers are ABSOLUTELY CRACKED!
Insane output. Makes fyreslayers hearthgaurd look pitiful in comparison
@BattleshockWargaming yeah, I played against them with FS and we just compared the profiles like...what?
4:55 brassiere of holy flame eh? 😅
That sounds like an uncomfortably hot situation
Gotta say I’m not a fan of shooting army’s , as I’m vary melee combat with chaos and destruction, I’m currently use STD army and loving it 😊 👹👹👹👹👹
How good is pure humans cities of sigmar right now?
they are in a rough spot they are missing a proper damage dealing hammer unit
how many of those 9” sticks do yall have 😭
@@regularartist699 i link 9 or so
Sylvaneth will win ofc. 🌳 What made you neglect Warsinger/Spellsinger on Durthu?
Belthanos has 14 wounds not 10

I didn’t know you could take a death regiment of renown in an order army…
Its a Christmas Miracle! It's one of the holiday regiments of renown that cross over between grand alliances
The death regiment is wild to see in a order army
Ossiarch with order, nurgling with order; these new regiments are stupid
