Brown is just dark orange, so it goes very well with orange and reds. Love this color combination, so earthy and strong. Making a geode (favorite tie pattern) and this is a total win, thank you.
Absolutely stunning, I love this agate, I once did an acrylic pour on some rocks this pattern and learned from a comment that it's called crazy lace agate but there are other variations with the same colors, and that it's properties are known for protection and healing and laughter.
Thank you! I wouldn't suggest trying to re-use muck. Once the dye has mixed with the soda ash in the garment, the dye will start to react and won't be good for very long. It may still work, but it will not be as dark and vibrant as when it is fresh.
looks good Angie! i think the white creates visual appeal. I have looked at this video at least twice and have made notes so i can tie up my first geode tshirt. that's coming from someone who isn't crazy about geodes.
So many colors, but came out really cool! All those colors really compliment each other. I know what you mean about the white, but I think really enhances it. Really love it! Thanks, Angie!!! 🥰🥰🥰
LOVE your stuff...the geodes are out of this world. i have done a lot of tie dyeing, but it's not the correct way and the results are less than perfect. do you have any dye mixing tutorials? seems your way of handling the soda ash fabric prep is way better than what I have been doing...when I apply the dye mix it always gets super runny no matter how much I wring it out...would love some tips, but I understand if you want to guard your secret recipes!
Thanks so much! 😊 I do have a few tutorials on how I mix liquid dye. I'm happy to share my knowledge. This one was done using the dye as a powder though, and not mixing it as a liquid. This is the latest dye mixing video I have. There is an earlier one where I show how to mix a soda ash solution too. ua-cam.com/video/EYYSm3XZ_N8/v-deo.html

Thank you, Bill! I really like the brown/orange color combination too. 🙂
That hoodie is 🔥
Thank you so much! 😊
I'm a big fan of both the geode style and this color palette. Great looking hoodie.
Thank you! 🙂
The shape caught my eye 😗
Awesome! 😀
Man! I want one of these so badly. Do they have the same hoodies in Men's sizes, like XL or XXL?
No, unfortunately not. I really wish they did though. I haven't seen the women's in my local Costco this year either.
😢💔

Thank you! It does look very much like a crazy lace agate. 🙂
Absolutely beautiful! What great color choices. Could you freeze the muck in an ice cube tray and use it again?
Thank you! I wouldn't suggest trying to re-use muck. Once the dye has mixed with the soda ash in the garment, the dye will start to react and won't be good for very long. It may still work, but it will not be as dark and vibrant as when it is fresh.
Love the sweatshirt color combo! The geode looks great more towards the side, great idea!
Thanks so much! Yes, I usually try to put the center of the geode more off-center.
My favorite hoodie so far! I love the colors.
Thank you so much! I really like the color combination on this one too. 😊

Thank you! That's awesome Marc, I'm really glad you like it! 😀
I love it ! Thank you, I have learned so much watching you !
Thank you so much! That's great, I'm glad you are enjoying the videos. 😀
I love this method. It’s so different from other types of tie dying - it’s more like dying without tying, you know. Love your creativity!
Thank you so much, I'm glad you like it! 🙂
Very nice, great color choices.
Thank you so much! 😀

Thank you so much, Patti! I really like the way this one turned out too. 😊

Loved to see you use your skill. The colours looks amazing. The backing music is just too boring/bland for such an amazing video.
Thank you! It's always tough to find good background music.
