"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man HOW TO fish and you feed him for a lifetime." I thought to myself yesterday, "How many people who attend church each week take in the message like a being given a weekly "fish" to eat. It might give them the inspiration they need for a few days. But how many Christians actually know how to study, research scripture, and fish for themselves? Another thought.....What if public worship became illegal in the U.S. like in so many other countries? Would the American people know how to study the Word for themselves? Could they EAT of the heavenly bread that is so readily available?
In today's video, I take the topic of having "THE MIND OF CHRIST" and show you how to highlight, and dig for Gold, and apply scripture to your own life from your own Bible.

I love the color codes!!
For me, I am doing the restoration in blue for lesson one
The plan of salvation in green for lesson 2
The Gospel of Christ in red for lesson 3 and so on.

I love this! My Bible is highlighted and with tabs but I have all kind of colors and I just bought my self another Bible so I could actually highlight and add tabs in a more organized way so this video comes at the right time through my path!!! ❤️

I love this method.
I like the color coding, I do it. However don't the posted notes cover up the scripture underneath it? What if you need to read what's covered up?

Do you highlight the same verses in different Bibles? Or do you highlight different Bibles? I highlight in KJV and seem to underline and dot highlight in my NIV study Bible.
