I have done this same thing for my Baja ATV and it works fine.
But the problem is that my suspension links are still rigid even after giving proper revolute joint.
The arms is not like the one shown in the video, and more like what u expect from a BAJA ATV.
sir any tips to how can I have my arms pivot.

ERROR: .test3.Tire2.SOLID62.shell and its reference marker, .test3.Right_Knuckle_suspension.PSMAR,
are on different parts
for marker selection you may need to select marker of reference part. Error seems like you have selected marker on different part

I am using Adams 2013 and when I import my CAD assembly it shows 619 bodies.
Sir is there a way to merge bodies cause it is treating every tube of the frame as a single body and every ball bearing individually.
I can't define material for 619 bodies.
Please help.
Also can you give your email ID.
please merge at the time of assembly or u can merge it in the adams also for reference if the file size is too large try to reduce for flawless simulations

hi sir, my car design did not move instead of just its tires rotate by itself. what is the problem?
When you define contact between tire and road use coulomb friction as well and define mu values
@@3DTechnocrafts the coulomb friction and its mu values defined already but still the car does not move
@@azrinmatdin872 try to keep 0.1 mm gap between tire and road, it may be that tires would have interfered inside rod surface

You can do durability study by making rigid bodies as flexible bodies

@@Rjate1 there are tools like LS Dyna, MSC Dytran, Hyperwork for Crash Analysis. You can find tutorials on youtube as well

How did you create the full vehicle in Adams? Would be great if you can guide in importing chassis, steering, suspension and assembling them.
