Do you think the harrop diff is actually stronger? At least it should reduce shock loading from traction control/open diffs + sudden terrain changes sending torque rapidly from side to side
How do you know when the upper control arm balljoint is worn? I have a loud knocking noise from the front left suspension and I'm not sure if it is the balljoint or not.
Take off the front tire and knock on the ball joints with you fist on the top hard and if it makes any noise it means it have the gap that indicates that it is worn, it also makes squealing noises when its cold and you turn the steering wheel

the suspension arm knob maybe is damaged so much because You using large tires that's generate much mor force on the knob .

I have made my front bumper and all skid plates myself, all widows are on the channel :)

Yes new E locker is installed and gonna be testing it in every case scenario
