I was very happy to see the lunch box being a good plot point, with thought put in. I was worried the writers just wing it and throw stuff on the wall.

Would it not be worth a shot though? Surely after being chased by creatures and having your family missing would be a priority to report that, and maybe all the other missing people too.

@@Q-Dads she might fear getting locked up in a mental facility and not being able to help her family I mean could be a reason why she didn’t tell the hospital who she was too in fear of not being able to do what she needs to do to bring her family back
That is true, if she got locked up or sent to an asylum she wouldn't be able to help at all. My question is how can she help? Does Victor's Dad know a way back in?

And yeah we know there is an age difference in the actors but there's always a chance they are playing different aged characters or this confirms our theory of 'Victors Da and' being the real Victor 🤔
