- Fudge brownies without butter
Castor Sugar ¾ Cup
Oil ½ Cup
Eggs 2
Melted Chocolate 200g
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Coffee 1 tsp
Hot water 2 tbsp
All purpose flour ⅔ Cup
Cocoa Powder ⅛ Cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Chocolate Chunks 100g ( optional )
I tried this today with my gas oven and it took just 30 min to fully bake till inside. I was worried it would be too dry but I'm soo glad bc it still turned out fudgy!! thankyou sm for the recipe I'm so happy with the result.

Guys I had to come back and comment this, my brownies turned out JUST LIKE THE VID and tasted amazing and Better than brownies with butter and I skip the water/coffee part but still it tasted amazing and was fudgy

I tried this recipe today with my electric oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes and it was heavenly!!!! I used greased aluminum foil in a glass baking pan btw, but it was still perfect. This is the best recipe for beginners! Also, I personally would add slightly lesser melted chocolate next time.

But they're way too sweet
Decrease the amount of sugar and increase the amount of cocoa for this recipe
Otherwise they HV a nice texture and a crispy exterior
The crackletop makes it enjoyable too
I would rate this a 7/10
It's good when u want something sweet
It's basic and easy to make
It just needs to be more chocolaty and flavorful
I wud suggest u to give this a go

@@1-5minutesinfogram14 the brownie itself is pretty sweet, and considering that I used cheap local compound milk chocolate, it might've increased the sugar content

Anybody looking for a recipe in grams here are the measurements, mine came out perfect:
Sugar 150gms
Oil 120ml
Flour 85gms
Coco powder 15 gms
Tried it it was too sweet if I did it again it would be with way less sugar

i made this but it didnt crack up as shown in the video ,bt it was delicious.
It came out so gooood but I weighed the sugar on weighing scale and my 1/3 cup +1 tbsp weighed 100g while in the video two third cup of sugar weighed 100g so I highly recommend using a weighing scale
