The Qliphoth counter is like a thing for abnormalities, If you do good work the number will increase, If you do bad work the number will lower
However certain action can Increase/Lower the Qliphoth counter too.
If the Qliphoth counter reaches zero, the Abnormality will breach outside of containment
TL;DR:
A counter for Abnormalities
If it reaches 0 it will breach!!1!1

Im still a bit confused how to get weapons.

You can get EGO weapons by purchasing them using PE boxes,
To earn PE boxes just simply work on your chosen abnormality
Click on the Abnormalities name and you will see the EGO section
(There's also a chance to get it)

I think i kinda understand how to work on them. You need to choose the four categories, the red stuff and suppression stuff and if you choose the wrong category, the qlipoth counter will decrease and breach. Correct?
