It’s a super quick way to preserve them. Even if you have some ripe ones from the grocery store you aren’t going to use immediately…. Just freeze them. 😉
I’ve been freezing tomatoes whole for years a lot of times I go ahead and Core them If I want to just take them out of the freezer, peel them and throw them in a blender it’s just kind of handy but my sister is the one that told me she just threw them in the back hall and put them in the freezer. I still like to cancel him for just quick, so I don’t have to mess with them and also for hot tomato juice. We love tomatoes, and I don’t care if there’s oodles, we take care of them!
