- How do you let Sisters pick rooms without fighting? This was our best attempt! I think it went pretty well!

I was lucky enough to have two younger sisters with only an extra bedroom so we didn't have any pick the rooms thing, but there was the "Once you move out to college, it is my room" stage.

As a dad to young kids I had a huge smile on my face this whole video.
Siblings will always have differences, but down deep they love each other. Even though siblings may seem way too different from each other, it’s not a bad thing, or mean that someone doesn’t care about spending time with the other, it makes all unique. Siblings after being together for so long, they know the good and the bad in the sibling and often focus on the negative. At the end we all love each other and what’s important is to understand that we will always be there for one another, even 100 miles away, even if we are very different.
That's a beautiful home, and how great is it that the girls each got the room they wanted. But, $50 PER nail hole? That is excessive. I'm a property manager of over 100 apartments, and I don't charge for nail holes. It takes about 5 minutes and a tiny bit of spackle and sanding. As long as they don't rip or punch holes in the drywall, they're fine.
I think it's funny that I would have immediately picked room 2 because of the laundry room being right next to it 😂😂 the humming noise of the dryer is so nice

As a european I just wondering, why every bedrooms needs it´s own bathroom. It takes a lot of space and so the bedrooms are tiny (it looks like it) and because of the many doors you don´t know where to place your furniture .

Love the rooms,you could use some spac=El to paint over the holes it's called something can't remember but go to paint store and ask for something to fill holes in walls if space use very little just to cover hole and have someone paint or do yourself it's white shouldn't be hard just try to figure out if flat paint,eggshell,etc.. don't let landlord in a few days also put mint something to hide smell the 50 dollars become 0 dollars. Check with UA-cam for details on the mint and paint for apartments.

Oh man... I wish I had my own bathroom. I'm in an older house and there are 4 bedrooms, but only one full bathroom with a small vanity/sink area. Half bath for the downstairs, of course.

I think one of bathrooms is a Jack and Jill bathroom (a bathroom with 2 doors leading to a bedroom (s) and a hallway).

im 15year old male and ive never lived in a new modern house and get to pick my own room before. But i learn alot about architecture and engineering and i would pick room 3#. Well becasue it has a simple bathroom and best a walk in shower its easy to get in and out and the bigger the room the more you will need to clean and the closeth size is perfect. The room with the duel sink is a bad choice since u dont get ur own private toilet and why would u need 2 sinks? Other than that congratulations on your new home, im always happy to see good people succeeding.
