Hey Juan, there are multiple exercises for you to do to work on quick ball control, but I think the best would be to focus on something like where you can't see the ball, someone passes you, and you have to quickly react to control it after, say like turning.

Hey Lyle, thanks for the comment. The type of formation would depend on the level of the players. When it's a basic level and there's less understanding of Futsal, playing on a 2-2 formation would be easier and more effective. Usually teams I coach in which players are between 5 - 8 yrs, I use 2-2. But the older groups, which are already familiar with positions and movements on the field, I play on a 3-1, unless they are brand new to Futsal, then I have them on a 2-2 formation.
