    Thank you for this Margaret! First time trying your treadmill workout and as a newbie I started at 2.5 and during the 20 second interval I could only max myself at 3.1, but I feel great!. Love all your videos, thank you for them

    This was terrific! Can you do one for the elliptical? Since it's better for my knees, I decided to get that instead of a treadmill. Now what?

    Are you wearing a minimalist/barefoot shoe? I walk around barefoot most of the time. My exercise shoes are heavier though so would like to get barefoot shoes. Do you have brand you recommend?

    Is the pounding at speeds of 5 and above bad for those with osteoporisis?

    I’m a 66yrs female l run at 11 MPH for 20 seconds rest for a minute then do that twice more. Sometimes l run faster . Am l over doing it ? . Please what should I be doing .
