I use a flexible radiator brush and hold a vacuum next to it to catch the dust, how do you clean yours?
Thanks for watching 👍
Great to see some well presented, useful, practical advice on YT!!
Thats very kind thank you 😊
this was a massive help in getting my rad covers off - thank you
happy to help, it's so much quicker cleaning these with them off.
BRILLIANT and clear explanation! Saved me hours of trying to figure it out! Thank you
Thanks I'm glad it helped, good luck with the cleaning.
Couldn't have cleaned mine without your video - should've measured the difference in temperature as I was able to remove a vacuum full of dust and dog hair (none of it mine🤢)! Thank you! 👍
I'm so happy it helped, I know what you mean, it's pretty grim what gets stuck in these 😁
what size radiators are those ?
It's a triple 1600mm, that's the downside of heat pumps you need more surface area because the temps are lower, especially in older houses.
I'd leave the top cover off it seems pointless. I've got a few radiators with covers and they have a screw underneath the side panels that lets them move up just enough to release the top cover.
I did suggest leaving them off, it didn't go well.🤣
They come off easy and it's only once a year 👍
A top ‘hot’ tip 😎😉🔥
Cheers 😁👍
if this make 1 degree difference for most people then I'd be surprised
I think it would depend how dirty they are to start with. 👍
Dirty side reading was 73 clean side reading was 24
I saw that - technical error. Surprised it was in the video
He switched it from Fahrenheit to Celsius
I switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius, should have mentioned it.🤣
What a terrible design. Obviously no housewife or cleaner consulted.
Absolutely 🤣
