You can scan them as much as you want just change the system clock 1 day forward and reopen the game and you can scan them all again. Can do this infinitely

Oh if the goblin is killing you easily with a bow you can shoot it with an arrow with electric jelly attachment and it will respawn without weapons

YOU ARE MY HERO!!!! I was SCOWERING the internet--SCOWERING, I TELL YOU--for SOMETHING I could do that was relatively easy, even if the process takes a little bit or whatever, and the only farming guides I found for rupees so far is that stupid minigame farm where you have to land the glider in the circle to get +80 rupees per iteration (per 1.5 minutes or so basically) but the prerequisite is...pretty fuckin difficult; you have to go to the island on the southeastern most point of the map and wipe out a total of 4 enemy camps, including the final one which comes with a boss monster...and while there are ways to make the process easier, the process is 100% required to gain access to the minigame. THIS is just killing a bear over and over. I'm down.

Get the bokoblin mask to make this process smoother, the black bokoblin will not attack you even if he saw you killing his bear and you can just walk right next to the bear for a headshot
edit: Make sure you kill his mount on the first hit or else he will still attack you.
