For sure. The owners of this property are so outgoing and took us through some of the history of the house interior as well. Thanks for the sub, welcome aboard! If you watch either of the follow-on episodes we are back at the same property and find ever better coins!!
Glad you enjoyed it! That bucket lister large cent was a thrill. Not sure if you've watched any of the other episodes, but that same property has even more awesome stuff that we find!
Great video Phil and Kevin - very interesting. Also, it’s very impressive you were able to find coins which pre-date the last time the Leafs won the cup!
Welcome, and thanks for the sub. I just subbed to your channel as well! It's true we do love coins, but I also enjoy a good relic as well. New video coming to the channel in the next day or two - more wonderful coins and relics!
Thanks! There's nothing like finding something that you've set out to find at the start of the year. Something tells me this yard hasn't given up its last bucket lister...
Awesome, welcome aboard! If you look at episodes 2 and 3 we find even better stuff! There is also new episode coming out in a few hours with some awesome coin finds!
Thanks for stopping by! We're in the Ottawa area. I've been thrilled with how much awesome old coins and relics we've found in the area in the past few years.
@@CuriosityDetecting ya I was up in the area a few weeks ago with the digging dudes and I was blown away with the finds we got that day. Keep in touch boys cheers

Nice work guys. Phil, your knowledge of coins and history is impressive!
Thanks. Here's hoping our next visit to that property is just as productive!
This is great. Will be helpful for my adventures.
Let me know what you find next time you're out digging!
I think you're correct with the cane tip decision. The lack of wear, and no through hole to attach it to the cane has me baffled! Nice large cent!🎯

Haha thanks. Even more impressive, that 1906 Edward VII coin even predates when the Senators last won it! :P

Very cool - it's the metal version of fishing :)
Except you catch a lot more popcans than the average fisherman :)

No through hole on the cane tip for attaching, and no wear on the strike point is baffling. Great large cent! Just subbed.🎯
Welcome aboard, hope you enjoy the channel!
Great video and aweome finds, keep it up and hopefully you will find something from the 1800's.
Here's hoping! I've found plenty of 1800s in past years, hopefully this year is the same...
