    Love sous vide pears! A few presentation tips I've learned:
    1) Use a pairing knife to trim off the last bit of skin around the stem
    2) Use a rough scouring sponge to smooth away the angles left by the peeler (easy to do)
    3) Cut off the bottom of the pear to make a flat base for it to sit on so it won't tip over

      What are your thoughts about fanning out? We were thinking about that and decided against it.

      @@KindofCooking Yes, I haven't tried that, but will next time. I love simple dishes like this that knock the socks off your dinner guest!

    Looks awesome. I’ve never tried sous viding fruit before, only meat. I’m going to try this 💪 🍐

      I think he is great. He seems to really know what he is talking about. Particularly liked the melted ice cream tip.
