Love sous vide pears! A few presentation tips I've learned: 1) Use a pairing knife to trim off the last bit of skin around the stem 2) Use a rough scouring sponge to smooth away the angles left by the peeler (easy to do) 3) Cut off the bottom of the pear to make a flat base for it to sit on so it won't tip over
