I really reached the bottom of the seemingly endless rabbit hole trying to be more outgoing, social, warm and not cold. And here I find people looking for tips on how to be cold lol. At this point just accept who you are and accept there will people out there that won’t like whatever personality you are. That’s just how’s it going to be in this world full of different types of people!
I naturally look quite intimidating so people stay away from me anyway even though I am a nice guy with a big heart, i relate to most of your points about being cold hearted too. I think I show most of those things without me realising, it’s just the not giving a fuck what people think that I need to work on

My suggestion :- to be cold hearted first step is to hate persons that see you like a pest or Annoying and dont care and insult you or bully. Second step is to try to not fear them or try to be emotionalness and silent they will try to make you normal person but wont accept it and dont care about the feelings of someone who dont care about yours Third step is to workout more and get stronger . If you get stronger your mind get a confident by your strength and then you can easily stop fearing and some one bullys you bully them and they will not mess with you Fourth step is to medidate and concentrate on stoping your feelings it will help you
