- Lilia has worked up the courage to try her first official REAL rollercoaster. Remember, she is TERRIFIED of roller coasters, even kiddy ones. But while this Slinky Dog Dash coaster in Walt Disney World Hollywood Studios looks cute and little, it is actually pretty INTENSE. I'm so glad she tried but, but I'm not sure if she will ever do it again 😂

My name is Jess! I had a daughter (Lilia) at age 18 w/ my high school sweetheart. We mutually split up & co-parent to this day. I met someone new, got married, had twin boys (Kyson & Kaden) and another son (Landen). He cheated when I was pregnant & we split ways. You won't see him much. After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. That’s what I was thinking it’s like one of the best in Hollywood studios but usually the wait is really long so maybe that’s why

Aw I am proud of her. I remember finally going on my first roller coaster. Only I went on freaking huge roller coaster. I screamed the entire time and when I got off I so much adrenaline going through that I thought I had tons of fun. Then all of sudden I started crying and had full on anxiety attack. lol.
I used to love roller coasters but after hearing so much bad news…. I’m afraid now 😂
I am just like this with things I am super scared about and when people push me to my scared limit I scream and cry and want to run away from them
We had the same problem with the AirTags when we take our son places and use it! It kept falling off or falling out of the holder itself. My solution was to get one of the AirTag holders that is for a keychain and put it on a lanyard that he could tuck into his shirt! Thought that might be a useful tip for you guys too ♥️
It’s the adrenaline making Lilia shiver! I wonder if that’s the feeling she doesn’t like is getting that adrenaline rush when she’s on scarier rides? Either way love your fam and the way you raise your kiddos, I have an almost two year old and a 5 month old and I just hope I’m as fun as you when my kids are older🤣
When we went to Disney world in 2020 I had read about the magic bands falling off easily too. I went onto amazon and found little silicone bands that help prevent that from happening. Out of seven people not one lost their magic band. Maybe look into those for your next trip.
I am really shocked at this... Have the bands decreased in quality?? Our were no problem at all... Stayed on all day, our last trip I was even taking my sweater off and on like a million times a day... I am so sorry to hear this is a thing now..

I used to love rollercoasters as a kid but hate them as an adult and no-one could pay me to get on one so well done, Lilia, for actually giving it a go! 👏😁
Next time you go to Disney World, (I gave you this suggestion on your other Disney World trip) you can take the outer black part off your magic band and if helps SO much it fits the kids perfectly and adults if they have small wrists!

The air tag thing is genius. That’s what we used to do when I ran cross country. We would put little trackers on our show laces so they can make sure everyone actually ran the course and didn’t cheat😂
I love how Addie *tries* to drink the frozen hot chocolate but instead takes a marshmallow and says it’s bussin’

Great job overcoming and going on the Roller coaster Lilia. I remember my first time on a roller coaster it was during a 8th grade field trip to Bush Gardens and I had a fear of roller coasters and my two best friends managed to get me out of my fear and I went with them on one of the old wooden ones and loved it.

For magic bands! To avoid losing!! We got the rubber band silicone pieces you wrap around where they snap on your wrist and had NO issues!! Next time, bought a pack of 8 i think on Amazon and they had bigger packs too, all color varieties.

Jess here’s a tip: next time you need groceries delivered to your hotel use garden grocer! It always works and bell services will hold it for you in the lobby! We only ever use it when we stay at a Walt Disney world resort hotel not at a neighboring resort. Hope you have a nice trip!!

I remember when I went on my first real roller coaster at Disneyworld for my make a wish when I was 7 and my first real roller coaster was expedition Everest and I was terrified even more when I heard it went backwards at oine point but then I went on it and I LOVED IT and it's still my fave ride to this day and I think if Lilia keeps trying them maybe one day she can get over her fear but for now I'm so proud of her for trying😄🥰
It would be smart to put one on each shoe , using an old insert from one of those bracelets to make it look like a matched set. Or one with Minny and one with Mickey so no one would ever guess what they are and they look cute. Those were a great idea to keep track of the children. You can put a similar thing in items you don’t want to lose.
