Pretty sure your best odds to double $2000 in blackjack is to put $2000 on one hand of blackjack. The longer you play, the more likely you lose that 1% or so house take.
The house edge doesn't matter at all short term you are right and wrong hed be putting all his eggs in one basket with no way to split or double and your odds of winning a single hand is not very good for baccarat all in works but blackjack not so much. A house edge is determined over millions and millions of hands which a player will never actually reach but a casino will.
Blackjack sessions are so much better than craps. Craps is just dopamine rushes while BJ tables actually give viewers a chance to see real table experience.
You should add a second camera, to the right of first base, so it can capture you and whoever else is with you at the table. If you don't want to edit too much, you can set it as picture in picture somewhere, like the lower left/right of the POV video.
