Even More Just Enough Research: Erika Hall, BayCHI Program

Erika Hall of MuleDesign Studio brought her ideas for "Just Enough Research" to BayCHI in March 2013, just before the publication of her book by that name.
Just about two weeks ago, she released a second edition, which offers updated examples, a new chapter on surveys, and lots more. Fans of the first edition will want to hear what's new. Designers and researchers: Bring product managers and engineering colleagues to remind the whole team that it's about asking more and better questions and thinking critically about the answers.
