My hair thickness was very less as if i compare it to last year due to hair smoothing. Rosemary water strengthens the roots and the hair. Boil some rosemary for 5 minutes, let cool a bit. After washing your hair with shampoo, rinse with water and as a last rinse, use the rosemary water and don't rinse it again. Use this after every shampoo. Just keep in mind that if you have blond hair, it can darken it so you may want to add some chamomile in there too.
