Thank you. I was diagnosed in 2019 but I've had Multiple Myeloma since 2016. I am on a maintenance program and I have not yet achieved remission. I am still living and everyday I work harder to improve my life. I live my life with no regrets. I smile and laugh everyday. I truly believe in Progress not Perfection. Thank you again!!!

Hope you are doing well. Just eat meat, water and salt and in escense, you are cutting all sugars and carbs. 10 months in, myeloma positive and just survived a single plasmacytoma on my L1 vertebrae. My heart goes out to all suffering from MM. Keep the hope up and eat clean as you can which for us humans means reverting to our ancestral diet.

A meat diet isn’t “eating clean” and it isn’t going to reverse cancer.

Our ancestors actually got very little meat

@@betzib8021 I eat little meat (.75 to 1 lb.) once a day and feel great and maintaining my 30yo weight at 58yo. Little is a subjective term. How much is little to you and where did you get that info? Curious. Sometimes I go 36-48 hrs without eating. Probably something similar is what went on back before agriculture came along but who knows for sure. Antropologists make a lot of guestimates based on observations and findings. In any case, hunting wildlife has never been on a guaranteed schedule. No denying that the diet is making me feel great, 1yr 5 months, almost on MM remission and feeling better everyday.

I just met a beautiful woman who has the same thing and I think I really like her. That being said I'm a person who chooses to juice every other day broccoli sprouts cabbage celery etc what do you know that would be helpful when it comes to the appropriate foods that seem to work for you

The body doesn't know the difference between a piece of fruit and a piece of candy. Some veggies have high amounts of carbs which, of course, turns to sugar. This advice is good for people who are healthy, but cancer? That requires more.
