Заключение:
Было интересно наконец-то увидеть Бали. К сожалению, не удалось проехаться по соседним островам Ява, Ломбок и т.д. - в том числе из-за недостатка времени.
Что касается передвижения на мотобайке - на западе дорога похуже, активное движение, как -то суетно; на востоке в основном прекрасное ровная полотно, немного машин и мотобайков.
Понравилось в центре Бали, - было интересно ехать от озера Братан в Убуд, вначале по извилистой горной дороге - чем-то напомнило тайские Чанг и Панган. Почему то бегает полно диких собак.
Кута - это действительно не совсем Индонезия - международный курорт со всеми плюсами и минусами - некоторые люди, с которыми разговаривал во время поездки - воспринимают взрыв в ночном клубе как некое отторжение и ограничении западной распущенности, падения нравов, проституции и т.д и т.п., т.е против полного подавления и неуважения к местной культуре.
Увидев Нуса Дуа - не совсем понимаю, почему туда идет основной поток туристов из России - пляжи совсем не впечатлили - по моему - на Пхукете гораздо лучше.
В отношении пляжа понравилось на самом юге, в районе отеля Nikko Bali. Джимбаран тоже хорош, но в самом поселке немного мест, направленных на приезжих. Мало кафешек, с трудом нашел массажный салон (есть Спа - цены на порядок выше). Видимо, здесь люди пользуются, в основном, услугами отелей.
На Куте - большие волны - мне понравилось - но купаться там народу, наверное, не очень. Другое дело серферам - то, что надо.
Понравилось жить в центре Бали, в лощине - вокруг полное спокойствие, нет туч туристов - чем то напомнило проживание в джунглях Шри Ланки, среди озер и лесов - полный релакс.
В общем, на Бали, думаю, нужно ехать, чтобы познакомиться с индонезийской культурой, а не просто валяться на пляже - тем более они там не лучшие.
С другой стороны - для тусовки, серферства, просто любителей волн - Кута - идеальный вариант - есть и живая музыка и ночные клубы, бары - можно было бы приехать туда еще раз, но уже не в одиночку...

My Conclusion:
It was interesting to finally see Bali. Unfortunately, it was not possible to drive around the neighboring islands of Java, Lombok, etc. - including due to lack of time.
As for motobike travel, in the west the road is worse, active traffic is somehow hectic; in the east, mostly a beautiful flat roadbed, few cars and motorbikes.
I liked it in the center of Bali - it was interesting to drive from Lake Bratan to Ubud, at first along a winding mountain road - it somehow reminded Thai Koh Chang and Koh Phangan. For some reason, there are a lot of wild dogs running around.
Kuta is really not quite Indonesia - an international resort with all the pros and cons - some local people I talked to during the trip perceive the terrorist explosion in a nightclub in Kuta as a kind of rejection and restriction of Western promiscuity, falling morals, prostitution, etc., etc., i.e. against complete suppression and disrespect for local culture.
After seeing Nusa Dua, I don't quite understand why the main flow of tourists from Russia goes there - the beaches were not at all impressed - in my opinion, Phuket beaches are much better.
Regarding the beaches, I liked it in the very south, in the area of the Hilton Bali hotel. Jimbaran is also good, but there are few places in the village aimed at visitors. There are few cafes, I hardly found a massage parlor (there is a Spa - prices are much higher). Apparently, people here mainly use the services of hotels.
There are big waves on Kuta - I liked it - but there are probably not many people swimming there. But for surfers Kuta beach is ideal.
I liked living in the center of Bali, in a hollow - there is complete tranquility around, there are no crowds of tourists - it was somewhat reminiscent of living in the jungles of Sri Lanka, among lakes and forests - complete relaxation.
In general, I think you need to go to Bali to get acquainted with Indonesian culture, and not just lie on the beach - especially since they are not the best for swimming there.
On the other hand, for hanging out, surfing, and just wave lovers, Kuta is an ideal option - there is live music and nightclubs, bars - I could come there again, but better not alone...
