That S8 is such a sleeper performance luxury limo~ It's so understated that people probably won't know that you're driving a car with a potent 4.0L V8 engine, or know the performance, unless they see that S8 badge. But wow that thing pulls, and let me tell you, that is honestly RS levels of performance for being only an Audi S product.
You were right in your closing remarks-your voice reflected your grins and giggles. I love it when a car does that to me.
I prefer these videos to your head-mounted POVs. Watching this on a 60 inch TV, the amount of camera shake is less jarring. Great content as always Kirk, glad you're branching out with the vehicle choice.

I’m glad you are branching out to experience what is out there.
I’ve bought nothing but Lexus products until last year. My first German car is a 2019 Audi A6. It rides great and I love the customization possibilities.
I will say this, since I still have my 2013 Lexus GS350. The GS still handles better. The Audi cars are just too heavy.

18:19 Despise i8. One in black and gold took up 2 lanes of I-95 during morning rush hour about 5 years ago. It literally drove centered on the line, going 10 below the already slowed flow of traffic. Someone eventually decided to take one of the lanes from them and they freaked out and pulled off the highway and just parked there on the shoulder. Saw it in my parking garage the next day after a long workday and I had to say a prayer to just ignore it. Haven't been able to shake that first impression. Sounds like an overreaction, but that 20 mile commute regularly had an average speed of 16 MPH.

Kirk you forgot to cover the passenger glove compartment. Is the slim ODD module still inside? Also the rear center armrest, did you check the hidden compartment above the pass-through, to see if an optical disc changer is installed?
There's a hole in there for AC to enter...like a cold box! No ODD that I'm aware of. The menus don't list one.

I wish the LS also har predictive suspension. That and a V8 is all it lacks.
LS DO NOT NEED A V8 LOL.. EVEN The G90 HAS GONE THE LS PATH BY GOING TURBO V6. NON S8 A8 MODELS Dont EVEN COME WITH A V8 LOL.
I miss v8 too... Also LS needs more rear legroom

@@KirkKreifels On the other hand I do get it. It's understated styling is for some appealing. The A8 is the polar opposite of the LS500 in terms of styling.

s class and 7 series are miles better than this.specialy the s63 amg e performance just kills this with ease. .still a excellent vehicle .❤.
