A lot of the points you're making are correct... But have relatively miniscule impact when compared to charitable trust / non-profit activities...
every remaining dollar that's not already tax advantage by some other way... Gets tossed into a tax- advantaged charitable non-profit.. When Buffett tells us he plans on giving his all of hs money away... He means he's going to stash it in HIS super philanthropic sounding non-profit..
Just look at the galactic Empire of non-profit entities Bill Gates has set up over the past 20 years.... It makes an international banks org structure look like something an infant could draw in crayon..
They both manage from a day-to-day perspective.... As well as set up and control administering the non-profits governance structure + bylaws and other setup documentation, board of directors structure, company codes of conduct and administrative policies (documents describing how they process payments or record transactions.. expense report reimbursement policy.. all standardized policies which can then be audited by an outside accounting firm to ensure transaction integrity and accuracy of financials)...
This is a huge fucking racket....
I have a lot of experience evaluating accounting and administrative systems ... II started looking into non-profits about 15 or 20 years ago... Because it is a sector of the economy that has almost no oversight... All the financial fraud it would have been going through companies like Enron or Lehman Brothers... All of that's getting fun with non-profits now...
. They're super easy to set up... The periodic forms of financials you have to file are prescriptive... Which leaves you with the ability to exclude all material information....
They are also an integral part of the homeless industrial complex diversion schemes...Democrat run cities divert all the money they've been saying they've been spending on the homeless into their own pockets...
....Anyway
