How use OKR for personal goals to have an incredible 2024

Tried new year goals and found they sucked? Time to try personal OKR. First, we start with a big picture OKR for the year, then break that down into into small 6 week OKRs which will motivate you, focus you and enable you to achieve incredible things. I'm speaking from experience having discovered the power of Personal Objectives and Key Results 10 years ago!

Great question! It does depend on what you’re trying to achieve, but singular focus will amplify the impact you’re making. Try to stick with one thing at a time. The way I like to approach this focus on one key obstacle that is holding you back - you OKR should help you nail that.
