Man maybe in the future we need to whip out a thesis to justify our build when being hard pinged by a team mate
I'm in my psychology masters, the thesis is how i can easily induce what i call "pinglish behaviour" on my teamates by deviating just one item from the standard buildpath. It goes from things that actually work but are very specific, like buying dark seal on first back as jax in lanes you know you'll snowball, to things that border trolling because they only work if you REEEALLY know what you're doing (ad Sylas xD)
Edit: jk that's not my thesis, but it happens without a fault every time. The behavioural patterns of a league player are very readable.

You should try another video with this build. The enemy team wasn't really a good match up to display it and your team didn't really provide any really good ult angles for you to do what Shen does best.
Considering the amount of work that went into making that thesis, it would be really good to see a game where it actually pops off.
This, yeah. Rell was hardcore griefing the game, her plays were abysmal and Kaisa was basically your team's entire clutch. Rell didnt seem to realize that a) She was her team's only frontline because Shen wasnt b) She wasnt good at front lining.
The build is hard, and im not sure you want to go full tank after NQB but maybe you do, maybe you build more ADC/bruiser.

Im studying history and english, so I do not really know what you have to look for in a mathematical paper.
@@cskillen1998 The level is not bad at all, with some corrections this is enough for a bachelor level thesis in the best universities in the world
The conclusion section is the only part that is too comedic to be used in an academic context

You should write the report as if it already happend, which he didn't. He is also missing a bunch of references. The level of the language is extremely low, "Here we noticed that the variation in the curves across all values of h0 is pretty small. So we fix the value for h0 at 50 [..]." is not academic at all. How do you define "pretty small"? Something like this is more academic: "It was noticed that the variation in the curves across all value of h0 is low, hence the value of h0 was set to a fixed value of 50 as [...]"
@@InternetAlias It's more or less that it is not academic, and he is switching between different tenses; when this work is published it has already been done, hence you type what you HAVE done, and not what you WILL/ARE doing. For example "We start by plotting the haste [...]", should be "The haste was plotted by [...]". He is also missing a bunch of references, for examples all the formulas; if no references are presented you are implying that you came up with the information.

Lethal tempo on shen has always been good. I like the idea of AH on shen, 2 tank items with this navori build would suffice i think. I might try this build out myself

To be fair, Olaf seems like the worst matchup to play Navorii Shen into. It seems like it would work best in a game where it allows you to win sidelane 1v1 as Shen, but yeah idk if that is actually worth it in exchange for giving up tankiness.

I've had decent success with navori shen in the jungle, you should try it! Navori and titanic hydra and then build whatever you need after that.

I've tried Shen adc botlane with lethal tempo, with a pyke or panth support and botrk first on shen it actually works pretty well. ofc it was only plat elo so it probably wouldn't work in masters

I think navori as a 2nd or 3rd item would work. Get tanky, do shen things, then spike on 3rd item navori

Dude w/ Lethal Tempo + Navori, you should match it with Titanic
now imagine taric with his passive with this. i tried it top lane and it actualy works. aerly game after stun, you deal insane damage with autos becouse of lethat tempo. in late game, if you build enough ability haste, you can actualy permastun someone.
navori only increase damage that are either flaged as proc damage or spell damage, and have a champion ability as source.
Turns out that Shen's Q is both an ability and spell damage
