Recently DL Static Prevails and am hooked. This video quality is not great but it is not able to conceal that something amazing was happening. I wish I could find some way to come across as so appreciative of Jimmy Eat World, what they do as a band of extremely talented and creative musicians, and how their value as people comes across in what they produce. It is making my life better in a good way. How can I properly express this without being too gushing? Thank you, thank you.
Matt Müggelberg well it’s only like that for streaming services. if you bought the actual album when it first came out and if still, it doesn’t have the last 2 songs , “77 Satellites” and “What Would I Say To You Now”. on the actual album, the last song is “Anderson Mesa” and this song was never officially put on an album
Faded Reality you are correct sir the song was only put on the static prevails re-release from capitol records. The band had no say on those releases and actually told people not to buy SP or Clarity when they first came out with the updated versions.
@mikereid73 Where it should've been: the proper follow up to Clarity along with half of the other unused demos from the album. How this track missed making Static Prevails, Clarity, AND Bleed American is beyond me, especially with some of the filler on the last. To me, it feels like a Clarity track though, especially in this magnificent form...would've fit right in with the last 3 tracks on Clarity. Though Sweetness(in its raw form) also is a Clarity track, so meh!
illbethemarth I find a lot of the bonus tracks with Jew are the best ones. Christmas card on clarity, the most beautiful things on bleed American, and new aesthetic demo, softer, and roller queen on the fueled by ramen ep.
Noah Manion I was just thinking this the other night. Idk of any other band I like that has b-sides and demos being some of my favorite tracks by said band. There’s a handful of b-sides I don’t care for but most the time they make purchasing bonus content on deluxe versions of their albums for this exact reason.
@@slycooper4067 I don't know how much fan overlap there is between them and JEW for anyone else, but a list of Oasis' best 20 songs would probably be at least half b-sides.
probably my favorite song from these guys
Just saw them in Houston last night. They’re amazing live.
eu amo essa musica mais do que muita gente, eu incluso
i didnt think this song could get any better but this version just made me love it even more. AMAZING thanks for the upload
The jejune split man!

you can tell that he was tired AF
Still...the harmony he sang was like...good lol
15 year old me is crying about a breakup somewhere..
all these years and i still love this song.
Back in the days of the real jimmy eat world and real emo.
Completely spot on.
Too bad this song never got on an album. It's a classic.
At least it's on the compilation album.
It is on static prevails. Their second and best album.

sierto....
jim adkins ist einfach die geilste sau, die es gibt...für ihn würde ich glatt schwul werden, wenn er dabei wäre^^
Jim's vocals are a bit too low in octave but its ok. The best is Tom's guitar opening strums
where can i get this video with HD original quality?
