That's why i think sales have been a little shaky too. And I get that. The original came out altogether as one epic. You rly need the complete story to appreciate it. Otherwise you feel at a loss by the end of each. And for some its not worth it unfortunately
If we don't need DLC for Part 3, I'm all in for the hype train! Ever since we received that ending to Part 2, I've been DYING to find out what's going to happen in the last part of the series! All I know is that the finale to the greatest game EVER in video game HISTORY is going to go out with a BANG! What I'm also hoping for is that we'll get more information on that mysterious Unknown Sephiroth we met in Remake back in 2020 who made a surprise return in Rebirth to mess with Rufus, because I'm VERY curious about him and what his deal in the ending is. PS: If there ARE going to be two Sephiroths in the finale, I'm going to lose my mind. Plus, I noticed a HUGE personality change between the Edge of Creation Sephiroth and the one that we're currently dealing with in Rebirth!
I don't think they are gonna wait til after Remake Part 3 comes out to start work on 17. I imagine it's a CBU3 game for 17 right now. Everyone else has a big game currently in development.
That’s all I’m waiting for is my xiv crossover. I need a 8 man or 24 man alliance raid. I wanna fight Jenova and safer sephiroth. I want the soldier 1st class outfit as a glamour so that way we can do a full 24 man raid all in Soldier outfit. Each role tank, healer and dps will have soldier outfits dyed a certain color. Give us weapons for everyone including the buster sword finally.
On the base PS5, i’ve seen distant objects pop in, but only in graphics mode, not in either of the performance modes. Presumably because the object is just not as detailed in performance mode, so it’s not having trouble keeping up. So I wonder, is Versatility mode closer to performance mode where it concerns LODs? Need a comparison video
There is a large cliff face in Junon that is especially obvious. Ever single time you rotate the camera away from it 180 degrees and back again, it has massive pop-in. You can easily test it
Texture popin is because it is on Unreal engine 4 - it has nothing to do with the PS5 hardware, same thing with the resolution. Those issues cannot be solved with unreal engine 4, only unreal engine 5 fixes that, but porting the game to UE5 will increase development time to 5 years, and require large amounts of work. They don't seem like they will do that.
I dont want more Final Fantasy VII games after the third Remake game. I just want a Dirge Of Cerberus Remaster or Remake. Thats it. Do the Crisis Core Reunion treatment
PC already has FF7RM we should see it on PC very soon. I think Remake games wont release on xbox till switch version has been released to make more money. xbox version will likely be on gamepass

I hope they rework enemy materia and make it the best open world final fantasy possible . Ultima weapon should be an amazing long quest to unlock
