Holystone has slowly been getting better. Make sure to get a sub 250g drone and if you put videos on youtube I would look to get the Part 107 certification so when your channel becomes monetized you can keep your drone footage up. At the point of monetization your drone videos fall under the commercial category and a license is required at that point.
The video looks great and seems like a great drone, but you can get the Dji mini 2 and I have to say a more advanced system. Still it is nice to see Holy Stone improve after the disaster of the HS720R
yes but you have to take in to account that dji has more experience in drones than holystone. dji built drones for the Chinese military. Holystone has only been around since 2014.

I think the Hs 600 is better. If I was shopping I would compare the HS600 to the DJI mini 4k and see which one suits you best. The hs600 is over 250g and requires registration and remote ID to fly. The DJI Mini 4k and the HS900 do not require these.
