Golden sunflower trophy: You get a silver sunflower trophy for beating the game and a golden one for beating everything in the game.
Here is a tip for dealing with Gargantuars: when it's been damaged enough (which is shown as a band aid on it's elbow) you can kill it immediately with an instant kill plant (Cherry Bomb, Jalapeno, "Pear").
@@beniciogames4953 You are right. But why use 2 if you can just use 1? And if there are 3 different Gargantuars, you can use a Cherry Bomb, Squash and Jalapeno on each one instead of using 2 on a single Gargantuar.

Is cabbage pult really twice as strong as the peashooter? Because I _highly_ doubt that's correct. Same price as the peashooter but twice as much damage and able to hit snorkel zombies? So much for balance.

Hey Matt, just reminding you, one of the hardest minigames are Pogo Party. Pogo Party will have a lot of Pogo Zombies and only a few regular zombies. This minigame is pretty hard, so you basically need Melon-pults, Winter Melons, Tall-nuts/Wall-nuts, and Pumpkins,Coffee Bean, Magnet shroom, and the "pear" and other explosive plants.
Hey Matt, the next plant you should buy is the gloom shroom. It's one of the strongest plants in the game by attacking 4 times every 1.5 seconds in a radius around the plant. Edit: It works best with them in the upper pool section with a pumpkin

Matt, if you didn't know, when ice shroom freezes the zombies, it makes them take damage. Ice Shroom inflicts the damage of a regular peashooter on zombies
Matt there is a trick with Gargantuars... If you get them to half health but they are already half way across the screen, they will not throw their imp at all! Cuz that would be unfair, so the devs made them not throw the imp! This helps A LOT in vase breaker puzzles!
Hi Matt, I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but if you get gloom shroom, you can implement this strategy called "gloom walk". You can use it in any 5 lane maps other than rooftop. Basically you place gloom shrooms along the second and fourth lanes, leaving the first, third and fifth lane open(you can line them with spikes for good measure). Next, place a garlic in front of each of the two lanes with gloom shrooms to direct the zombies away. This basically destroys every level, even being able to destroy football zombies in a few seconds.

Hey Matt, Cattails attack the zombie that is closest to them, they can be useful except against hordes, its just a lot of gunfire on one zombie at a time. Spikes that fly off after the zombie dies can still hit any unlucky zombies in its line of fire ;)
Tip: The spare sun you have when you finish a level gives you extra coins! So if you want to buy more plants it matters Edit: Yeah, as the guy that reponded said this is actually false. Sorry for the misinformation
Thats false. The lawn mowers give you 1 extra gold coin. I've never seen that left over sun gives you coins. Unless you count like when you grave bust on whack a mole (2x5) lvl when it ends.
MATT, you don't need to put the cattails on the lily pads, ALSO, I've been a fan f this channel for a while now and i want u too know that you've always made hard days better
Here are some tips. Chompers are a bad plant, I know it can one shot a zombie but when it eats it becomes vulnerable and it takes like I think 30 seconds for it to stop chewing. And once it stops chewing it will just eat the zombies that aren’t a threat instead of the big threats. Squashes are better replacements because they are cheap and can squash zombies in a group. Cactuses are pretty bad too. They are basically a peashooter but can shoot balloon zombies and that’s it’s whole purpose. Blovers and Cattails are better replacements. Blovers only cost 100 and Cattails may be expensive but they are good too. Peashooters are good but bad. Yes it’s good for starters but in other levels, it becomes useless and there’s no excuse to use Repeaters and Gattling Peas. Yes they are expensive but it’s possible to get 200 sun in a level. Threepeaters are bad because they are basically a peashooter but it can shoot at 3 lanes and it’s expensive. That’s all for now Matt

Matt, the starfruit can attack directly backwards which can be useful against miners and anything that goes behind your plants. Sidenote: It can also attack direction upwards and downwards.
matt, you could just use the gold magnet. put it over a normal magnet shroom and it will auto wake in the day and get you money because shroom is not in its name. also howd you beat the ten roof levels without roof cleaners you may insta die when you dont have them
im pretty sure matt know about the plant vs zombie 2 and also if matt didn't know the second games have more plants than the first one if you thought the first one have alot of plant oh that's just the begining and also if you continue this series the puff shroom is one of the best if not the best plant in the first game as meat sheild, 0 sun, fast cooldown, etc.

mattshea is my childish hood hero his videos never get boring... most of the time but he is just a youtuber who deserves a sprinkle or a pinch more subs
Tip: Beacuse the zombies have certain amount health just like gargantuar, (obviously) you can count down how much damage you have dealt, for example, each normal zombie can take 10 peas from peashooter and 5 cabbages from cabbage-pults, same goes for other plants. P.S. : Your Plants vs. Zombies videos are really cool keep up the good work. 👍
Hey Mattshea! Just wanted to recommend a few plants for the more difficult end of survival, mainly survival endless, as it gets incredibly difficult. These 3 plants are practically required (and a bonus one); Gloom shrooms: Absolutely absurdly good at destroying and infinitly large group of zombies. It ability to shoot in a circle around it allows it to cover stuff such as miners, bungees (if in the range of 3 gloom shrooms), imps and other annoying zombies who go through your front line, making them absolutely necessary for survival endless. Winter melon: Winter melon is a splash damage freeze that will slow everything and halves the pushing power of any zombies, giving the rest of your defence more time dispose of the zombies. Cob Cannon: This single plant is the most over powered thing in the entire game. Capable of firing the equivalent of a cherry bomb explosion (but larger) where ever you choose. Having 4-6 of them can single handedly hold any amount of zombies including Gargantua's and ******** which is the only way to take ******** out in the numbers that they are spawned. If there is any plant to use it's this one. There is litterally no reason to not use plant in survival endless. Imitator: Imitator is incredibly good as it basically allows you to halve any plant cool down, which is great for placing sun flowers early game, pumpkins in mid game, and ice shrooms (or any single use plant) in late game. The usefulness of this plant(?) cannot be understated but it's not necessary to succeed. TL;DR Cob Cannon, gloom shrooms and winter melons are ridiculously good and Imitator is pretty cool too.
Fun Fact: Begouled is a mini game based on an old Pop Cap Game that was like candy crush, a match-3 game. I first saw it on the Nintendo DS but it may have come out Even earlier
Last Stand is my favorite minigame, really. You have to use strategy to beat the zombies in 5 consecutive waves, and unlike Survival, you can't switch plants during waves, but you can prepare yourself before you can manually start the wave. You can either use the meta (Cattails, Gatling Pea, Torchwood, Magnet-shroom, Tall-Nut, etc.) or use your own strategy. Either way, I find Last Stand fun :p
gloom shroom is one of the best plants in the game because it's pretty cheap and does so much damage. you can either place a row of them in the front with pumpkins or put them behind garlics(and you can add spikeweeds/spikerocks for even more damage)
A few tips for Matt (Like so he sees)

13:04 MATT SAID SQUASHHHH😱
13:04 "emergency SQUASH" he finally said it
Hey Mattshea! Just wanted to recommend a few plants for the more difficult end of survival, mainly survival endless, as it gets incredibly difficult. These 3 plants are practically required (and a bonus one);
Gloom shrooms: Absolutely absurdly good at destroying and infinitly large group of zombies.
TL;DR
Cob Cannon, gloom shrooms and winter melons are ridiculously good and Imitator is pretty cool too.
Cattails
Kills zombies, pops balloons and is a cat.... THE ULTIMATE TOWER DEFENSE CROSSOVER
Matt, Once you Beat all the Survival you Can Do Endless!
Fun Fact: Begouled is a mini game based on an old Pop Cap Game that was like candy crush, a match-3 game. I first saw it on the Nintendo DS but it may have come out Even earlier
Pro tip: the tree of wisdom is useful sometimes also make sure to use pink packets whenever you can ALSO GET WINTER PULT IT IS OP
"Future" put futuristic glasses on the zombies
If you hypnotise a disco zombie it will spawn backup dancers that will fight for you
Matt, here the little secret of Gargantuar: Gargantuar never spawn on top row(except in survival endless) so they won't mess with your seed slot!
I honestly feel like I would be okay with watching Matt play this until I die. something very satisfying about just all aspects of this game.
Petition for matt having to play plant vs zombies FOREVER!
If you type "sukhbir" the zombies' voices change to their alternate voice lines which are described as being reminiscent to a wheezy old man.
Matt, when your finished with PvZ, There's a PvZ 2!
Matt, potato mines can hit mining zombies (for obvious reasons). And magnet shrooms can take pickaxes.
Mattshea:Doom plant can one shot zombies and it explosion takes over Half the screen
Just waiting until Mattshea finds out about all the micro transactions in PvZ2
Matt: i need the cat!!
Also mat: lets buy the twins sunflower
Me:😐😐😐 bruh you making me suffer
Wallnut bowling was always my favorite minigame. And then one where you got to have the zombies eating cardboard brains.
the Puzzle gamemode has two variations, Vasebreaker and Zombie they both have 9 gamemodes and an endless gamemode
this is so insane, i'm impressed that there is actually a creator who is doing plants vs zombies series. And that is you Mattshea.
gloom shroom is one of the best plants in the game because it's pretty cheap and does so much damage. you can either place a row of them in the front with pumpkins or put them behind garlics(and you can add spikeweeds/spikerocks for even more damage)
Mattshea type Mustache while you’re playing and it gives the mustache
I won't stop calling it a pear.Literally calls it a squash a moment later
I cant wait for him to discover all those great mods XD
