What a beautiful video. You and Louis are such great parents. I love how you let Neo figure some things out on his own. You are thoughtful and intentional! 💞
Thank you so much!
The running around the table, saying no and going back back for more food is so real, my 2 year old does this too at meal times 😂
Hahah had to leave it in for a realistic view of meal times with a toddler 😂
My household isn’t vegan but we don’t ever mind branching out on meal ideas so this was great.
Side note: I love that all my favorite UA-camrs get together! Can’t wait to hear all the conversations between the 4 of you!
Loved the calming and cozy vibe of this video! Thank you for uploading and can’t wait for more videos soon!! ❤
Thank you!! ❤️
Nothing better than a hearty soup. I can't get over how cute Neo is and how he is becoming his own person. ❤ You are such a good mama Raya.
Ahhh thank you so much! That really means a lot ❤️
Always love your posts Raya. Thanks for still making them❤
You've become my cozy channel over the last 2 years 🥰 my son is only 2 weeks younger than Neo, so it has felt like we've been walking on similar paths since pregnancy 🫶
Awe❤❤❤
Ahh that’s amazing! I love this so much ❤️

10:48 come on, Walnut Tree, I think a sponsorship is in order here! 😂 I 'm sold on them now!
This all looks very delicious thank you for sharing with us. I find cooking is time for myself too, I like to unwind watching or listening to something too ❤️
Thank you! ☺️
This is inspiring. I need to up my game! Loved queen Charlotte too.
Thank you for sharing. I also need to make more time for myself even in the little times where I can listen to something or do something just for me.
Yayy good to See you ❤
loved your vlog and glad you guys are visiting Eamon and Bec and Frankie
Soo glad we got to visit them! ❤️
Just absolutely LOVED this video! Everything about it was just what I needed in the moment and somehow felt so calm and refreshed after. 💕
This is amazing thank you!! Makes me so happy to read ❤️
This video os so beautiful with so many fall vibes ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Perfect timing for a pasta suggestion for dinner as I was going to make something that involved way more work for dinner! I also make oats for my little boy every morning. In addition to cinammon, I also add ginger powder and cardamom powder. My little guy also enjoys chickpea burgers/patties and black bean burgers, which the adults also enjoy. I also love making fatteh for myself. Toddler isn't too keen on the flavour just yet but I'm working on it!!
Keep up the great work!! 🥰
Such great recipe ideas.
Loved Queen Charlotte.
Looks like a perfect restful day with yummy food.
Great description! ☺️
I would love a video of podcast and books recommendations 💞 You really inspire me and I´m sure you find your own inspiration in others so it would be so great!!
This was such a lovely, chill video Raya. Well done! I’m certainly here for more & would especially love to see more vegan recipes & any tips and tricks for those new to being vegan or wanting to make more vegan recipes. Thanks again 😊
Will definitely share more! ☺️
@@RayaWasHere I can’t wait! Watching you in the kitchen & your suggestion of the mind shift is inspiring me! 💛
Love the interactive eating element for Neo! Introducing solid foods should be fun! (Messy, but still fun!)
I’m inspired! Going to try make the broccoli cheddar soup for my 9 month old also bought chia seeds for added goodness for his oatmeal. Thank you!
I love that! No problem ☺️
I love viseos like that! My little one just started solids. Cant wait until she can eat family meals!
Oh it’s just the best 😍
Loved the warm energy of this video, it made me feel more grounded ❤Looking forward to seeing more videos from you :) thank you!!

Welcome to Canada!! Thanks for sharing yummy vegan recipes ❤
Thank you! Couldn’t have asked for a better time of year to be there 😍🍁
What a cosy vlog set in a beautiful home 💗
Love this look into what you are eating ❤
I have an 18mo old too you are so patient with Neo. I just gave my kiddo soup recently too and I think the texture wasn’t what she was used to but once she figured out the taste was good she was all over it!
Heyy Raya, I love this style of video so much. Very relaxing and beautiful. Feels like I’m there with you guys 😍✨🌟
Aw yay I love that! Thank you ❤️
Great recipes, Neo what a little star he is, thanks for a great video Raya xxx
I add cashews and nutritional yeast i stead of nondairy cheese and blend before I put in the broccoli. Makes it creamier
Hi Raya really enjoyed your video. Had such a soothing vibe to it. I too love cooking but love to watch others create. I’m a huge fan of yours and Louis channels cannot wait for the next video. Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you so much! ❤️
What a wholesome and uplifting video ❤❤❤
Thank you!
Raya i loved the pace and the vibe of this vlog
Thank you! ❤️
I also find cooking meditative, and I love listening to podcasts while I cook. Any podcasts you recommend? My daughter is now old enough to help us cook, which is also fun. I will try this broccoli cheddar soup! I am going to check my local natural food store to see if I can buy nutritional yeast in bulk as they have a spice and grain wall and let you bring your own jars. Also red pears are amazing!
This video is so cozy!🍁 I have been trying to eat more vegetarian meals and this one looked delicious! I am not a big fan of walnuts or mushrooms, but I found a recipe by Healthy Midwestern Girl that seems like the one you used! Bleding it all up is such a good idea, and I am actually excited to try this and expand my pallet! 💚
Ohh yay this made me so happy to read, I hope you like it!
I loved watching this video. Thank you
i'm new to your channel - you have a beautiful family! all the food looks so yummy and nourishing 🩷

Good morning!! My son just turned 1 so definitely need options lol I’ve been following since you guys started your couple channel. ❤️
Ah amazing, hope to continue to share more meal ideas! ❤️
I love it here 🥦💕
I loved this video!!!
I loved this video!!
Hello! It's lovely to see you
I'm watching this lovely autumn video as my 19 month old son is napping after lunch. How funny is that we had oatmeal for breakfast and broccoli soup for lunch. With toasted bread to dip in the soup of course. I guess pasta for dinner it is then 😂
I can also relate to finding it hard to find time for myself and cooking when my husband is home is one of those "me times" too ❤
Haha I love this! We need to make the most of the time we get to ourselves don’t we 😂 only parents understand that going to pee can sometimes feel like a mini vacation 🙈
Indeed, we do 😂
Haha, exactly. My favourite "me time" is a shower 😂
And imagine how I felt when I first went out to get some groceries alone, bought myself a green smoothie AND read a book in a park 🎉 This was ages ago and I still remember exactly how I felt back then 😂
7:25 I like the bowl and plate you use for Neo. Try turning the bowl round when he wants to dip bread, so that he can reach the lowest level of soup!
Loved both
Plant you had 100% the best broccoli cheddar soup recipe
Onion chopping hack - put a small wet cloth or wet paper towel next to the onion and the fumes will attach to that instead of your eyes!!!
Ohhh have to try this!! Thanks!
I thought the place looked familiar and then I saw the habit tea too
😍❤️ So damn cozy 🍂🍁🍂 🥰
AMAZING video❤
Make Butter "chicken" pasta
..yum yum
That looks really good!!!
Thank you!
I just looked up the title of a cookbook that I think you’ll like. It was written by Jerry Seinfeld’s wife, Jessica. It’s called, Deceptively Delicious. She discusses puréing ingredients into recipes, so that your child will eat it. I hope this helps
Hey Raya, so excited about this video. We are vegan and have a vegan toddler ❤ Have you found a fortified organic plant milk??? Xx
So happy you guys are together ❤️ Rught now
Ah thank you! ❤️
5:07 ❤
Raya! I love your green jacket! 😍 where did you get that?
Thank you! Got it in TJ Maxx while I was in New York ☺️
I like the oatmeal recipe. I have porridge every day and one can add almost anything to it... I think there are a few things which would be a little strange for breakfast (for a Brit, anyway!)
❤
Hi Raya, do you have any tips for being vegan if you don’t like to cook? I have been vegetarian for 25 years and have been trying to transition to being vegan for a couple years now but I find it incredibly difficult because I kind of hate cooking. I also have a lot of food sensitivities (I can only eat small amounts of cruciferous vegetables, garlic, or legumes without feeling sick). But I want to make the switch for ethical reasons!
Now that Neo is more chatty, can you tell if he is adopting more of a British or American accent? Just curious with all the traveling you do and splitting time living in different locations.
I’m not sure if I can tell yet but I would love a little British accent, so cute!!
Definitely would be very cute. ☀️
when watery or thin turn down n let simmer water/juice will evaporate
Didn’t have time to wait this time and I like adding things as it means I’ll have more leftovers (less cooking tomorrow 😜) but yes that’s a great tip!
I'm just curious but I was wondering if you are strick with Neo eating vegan? The reason I asked is because you have large community of friends so I was wondering what sharing meals look like if meat was offered to him.❤
Hello dear, I'm New to your channel. I've seen you on Eamon & Bec"s channel.
2:27 that's such a good idea to do finger food at the same time. 2:27
Hi. Do u have a recipe for tofu? First time making it.
I love tofu!! I’d do a google search for recipe ideas as it totally depends what you’re cooking it with but try a few things that look good ☺️ and I’ll definitely share recipes with tofu soon!
Beautiful ❤ I wish I enjoyed cooking, but, I don't😢
Lol
my dream come true see you at eamon and becs house, my favorite people you and them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plus kara and nate
Hi there! I know you are extremely busy. But I really want to go plant based. I have breast cancer and went through chemo. My oncologist wants me to go plant based. I know it’s a lot to ask. But can you give me breakfast and lunch tips. Also any tea suggestions. Thank you for all that you do. ❤
If stuff is too watery just cook it on higher to boil out some of the water and thicken it up. You maybe know and didn’t have time bc toddlers are hungry but thought to share. Fun to see the vegan recipes. It gives me good ideas for even my own grownup cooking.
Haha yes you’re totally right I didn’t have the time to wait 😂 but definitely that’s the easiest fix!
@@RayaWasHere Welllllll ya did the exact right mom thing. Scoop out the guts from the watery part and they don’t even know what happened. Lol. I made some butternut squash soup today that was conversely so thick it was crazy. I added water and some veggie broth condensed stuff and after stirring and a few mins it was still so thick. Lol. I gave up and it’s now being served to myself only as a soup Aka bread dip. Lol. Cheers!
At what age did you become a vegan? Are your parents also vegan?
I think I was about 25 and no my parents aren’t vegan
poor Louis no food😂
Hahah he obviously got food too 😂😂
