I'm a Liverpool fan and I think these 2 are brilliant and I didn't ever think I'd like Neville but I was proved so wrong because from what I see he is a good guy and it just shows that it's only the name Manchester United I don't like an that's down to them being successful but overall I can't hate the individual people

@@TheRhinog24 yeah one moment defines everything he is. Cantona smashed a fan in the face. Still he is very likeable. One mistake doesn't mean anything.
And for any kids growing up who don't have natural ability take a look at these two, both worked incredibley hard to make it to the top of English football, both legends for there respective club's.

Not really. Carragher beat him in a contest called "Who knows the most about Liverpool & Man Utd's history". Carragher is more smarter than Neville definitely. Watch that video and you will see it for yourself. :)
@@Ballad2Grave just because you know more facts doesn't mean you're cleverer. The way Neville articulates himself and analysis of the game is better than majority of the pundits. Most people would agree Neville has a higher IQ and indeed is smarter.

Carra's IQ should be much higher than Neville due to his incredible memory. Perhaps the terms that you're saying is Footballing IQ or Football Knowledge. That's totally different thing than being smart. Neville knows more about football than Carra.
That Iranian, Gary was talking about is Ali Daei. I had to google him too cause I remember he was an incredible player.

Gotta say, really liked Gary's (non) answer about speculating on managers getting sacked. There's way too many pundits speculating on sackings these days and what's great about Nevs and Carra is that they stick to analysis, and do it brilliantly. Good lads.

As a Liverpool supporter i never thought i'd like Gary Neville.But these two are class.The best pundits on TV by far.
I'm exactly the same with Carragher. Hated him as a player and how much of a dirty player he was but he is brilliant as a Pundit and with his Banter with Gary.
i used to despise Gary Neville in his playing days and swore I'd never watch Sky Sports again when he got this job but I'll hold my hands up and admit he's by far the best pundit on there.

Best team Ali Daei scored against was Mexico and that was for one game. The rest of his goals came against teams like Guam, Thailand, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Laos, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq and the like. They're not exactly known for their World Class defences.

Gary Neville has completely revolutionized the world of football punditry with great insights and detailed information. Kudos to how he took Carragher under his wing (who himself has come a long way since he started) and developed a great partnership which I'm sure must have been difficult for both, given the rivalry of their respective clubs. Hoping for a lot more of such content, keep it coming!

I love how there is always a feeling of friendly competitiveness between these two... these guys are the legendary as footballers, and legendary pundits too. The competitiveness makes them a good pairing for football commentary, makes for great TV.
Best thing on youtube is those two, loved how Gary said "Is that it?" if I knew I would have sent like 100 more questions so at least they pick a few more.
