ABSOLUTLEY LOVE them. Lived in Spain for 9 years in Rota, SP and I have had them all over Andalusia. Note, unable to find the anchovies on your website - please reply back with link. Thank you for a great vid
I do them all the time at home. Ok.. i have a problem with boquerones because I absolutely LOVE them. Sometimes i buy them but boquerones en vinagre are so expensive comparing with the amount of boquerones you get and not as good at all!! But if you buy them fresh in the market its a reeeeaaaaaally cheap fish. I usually buy them fresh at the market and ask if they can clean them (so to anybody who doesnt love to clean fish, me included, its a good choice). I keep them in the freezer for safety for 2 or 3 days. And then i "cooked" them. The difference between doing yourself or buying is day and night. I recommend to all who's interested to try to make them or buy homemade boquerones. The fish has better texture and better flavour!
@@thespanishchefits not cooking. You bull shit for 4min just to say to mix parceley & olive oil. Shamelull to spanish cousine. Waste of time - please give me 4min 13 sec of my life back.
No it is not. The vid is 4:13 and he bull-shitz for 4min just to mix parceley & virgin oil .. shame for exposire & cloud. Advertisments took more than actual „cooking” - he did not even have to pit ON thr stove. Shame. Shame. Shame.

Wait, boquerones and anchoas are the same fish?
Yep. Boquerón is how is called in the south of Spain. Anchoa in the north.
Great video! Did you ever make a video on how to prepare the fresh anchovies?

No vinegar?
It's within the anchovies, from the pickled they came with.
