i thought the dinner idea was different because in my state, Prom includes dinner, dancing, pictures and desserts.

Schits Creek is so so good!!!! You have to get through 2 episodes then you fall in love with the characters. I agree....we loved Outlander and traitors😊
On Netflix...anything of the author Harlan Coben. His shows are 8 episodes from a book he wrote and really good!

I recommend the Harlan Coben series. Based on books. Fool me Once, Safe, plus many more. Murder mysteries. If you get Acorn, there are lots of Australian and British series, my favorite is The Heart Guy.
I live in Youngstown, Ohio, where Handles ice was first made. My favorite is chocolate pecan.

Your rice pilaf looked so good! I don't watch much TV so I don't have any suggestions for a show to binge watch lol I'm from Ohio and our state tree is the Buckeye tree and one of my favorite candies to make around Christmas time is Buckeyes. It's a wonderful ball of peanut butter dipped in chocolate and is made to look like a buckeye. They are so good! So when you mentioned the ice cream with the buckeyes in it, it caught my eye 😃 Have a great week! God bless you!

Called midwife based on eastend of London in the 40s builds up from there in England we just at the end of 1960s based on books by Helen Worth
A Handel’s JUST opened 10 minutes from my house this past week and was wondering why everyone was going nuts about it. I guess I’ll have to check it out. I never heard of it.

I do know if this is a show u want to watch,,…but on paramount plus…I watched a series called lioness. I binged watched this series and this is the best series I have ever watched…lt has to do with military and is pretty violent but it is the best series I have ever watched…cannot wait until next season is done…because I could not watch just every week…this is one to binge watch the whole series.

❤ the openness of your kitchen especially the big window (privacy screens are the best). I have a galley kitchen. You literally stand at one counter turn around & your at the other counter.. The salmon looked delicious. Ice cream delicious ~ a great ending picture - you & Mr. Toodles standing next to each other holding your ice cream cupped in your arms like you had. 🙂 My husband & I like Yellowstone with Kevin Costner (it does have naughtiness in it).

No recipe link. What temp is the oven for the salmon?
This question is genuine curiosity. In Australia, if/when we line a pan or cooking tin, we do it with a non stick paper (I think you call it "parchment"?). We do this because 1) absolutely no sticking and 2) super easy clean up, and 3) cooking with aluminium pots/pans/sheets/tins etc is so incredibly toxic that almost no one does it!
Fun fact: when I was travelling and staying in a cabin at a caravan park, they only provided alfoil instead of non-stick paper and cling film. So I tried what you're doing, and lined the baking tray with the alfoil!
What a disaster! Things stuck, burnt, and there was alfoil stuck to the meat that I had to almost pick off with tweezers!
So the question is twofold: 1) is it cultural or are there other reasons you use alfoil to line your pan? And 2) how in earth do you get everything to not stick!? 😂
Hello, from Florida🌴🌴 in the United States a lot of people do cook with tinfoil. Mostly with grilling and barbecuing. I line my cookie sheets with the foil, for easy cleanup, and then I put parchment on top of it. I never put food directly on the foil. If you ever put food on the foil that has like a tomato base sauce, it will give your food a metallic taste .We used to always wrap our baked potatoes in foil and I stopped doing that, you’re 100% correct it’s not healthy for you.

My favorite series is Poldark seasons 1 through 5 PBS, Downton Abbey and an oldie but a goodie is a T.V. series from the 90's called Homefront (someone uploaded it to UA-cam). It's a show about 3 soldiers returning from W.W. 2 and their families adjusting to post war America.
